  We spent a total of ten days in this condo and couldn't have been more pleased. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways: it was surprisingly roomy, nicely and newly furnished, provisioned with everything we needed, private but with a sunny lanai, and so comfortable. The pools available were excellent, and it was a lovely walk to the beaches. We recommend this unit highly!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was a 2 min. walk through the grounds to the beach. The photos accurately described the condo and it was presented clean and homely. We especially liked the beautiful quality kingside bed.......so comfortable that our 9year old daughter decided that the sofabed was not good enough for her( she never tried it !) ....instead bunking in with us. The property is on the top floor so you don't here anyone walking around above which is great. My only criticism would be that the condo is quite close to the road so you do get some road noise. I appreciated the tennis courts on sight as I am a tennis addict and managed a couple of games while staying there. As the condo was fully equipped from a culinary perspective, we chose to cook in every night so cannot advise on local restaurants available or to recommend. In summary, we would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Poipu area and swam with LOTS OF TURTLES !!!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  The location was incredible. The condo was everything that was promised. We DO wish that we had known that we would have to provide basic amenities beyond the initial start-up (like bath soap, toilet paper, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed the beaches, the proximity to restaurants (especially the sports bar within walking distance). I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2012 and had a fantastic time. The flat is beautiful, immaculate and well maintained, exactly as described and had everything we needed for a happy holiday. This was our first time booking through VRBO and we were thrilled that all the arrangements were straightforward, everything was clearly explained when we arrived, and the flat was perfect. Only a couple of minutes through beautiful grounds down to the beaches and restaurants, two swimming pools which we had pretty much to ourselves, an outdoor hot tub in the evening and tennis courts. We would definitely recommend this flat to others. Poipu was relaxing and great fun, especially the outdoor cinema on the beach, body boarding and Brennecke's Beach Broiler. It was easy to drive from Poipu up to the north and across to the west to explore the island. A brilliant family holiday, thank you!

  My wife and I rented this condo for 10 days recently (May 27-Jun 6). The condo is everything the owners say it is. Beautiful location VERY close to local beaches with amazing snorkeling, unique beaches, restaurants, etc. in Poipu. It was VERY clean, quiet, safe, and just wonderful. The photos were exactly what you get. No surprises when you arrive. The owner, Marilyn, was extremely helpful during the rental process, was easy to contact with, etc. All in all a WONDERFUL property that you'd be crazy not to rent. When we return to Kauai, we'll be renting this condo again!! Thank you, Marilyn. We had an AMAZING time!!!
