Maui Perfection. Truly. We loved staying at this condo! My husband, son, his finacee, and our daughter all met in Maui and spent a unforgettable family vacation at this condo. It is everything as advertised, and more. Wonderful grounds, sparkling clean condo, beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Everything we needed to live comfortably was at the condo. We were able to cook family meals in the big kitchen and relax after days at the beach and site-seeing. We walked the short walk to the beach each night to watch the gorgeous Maui sunsets and listen to the conch horns blow when the sun set. We explored the entire island from this location, just lovely. This place is amazing.The condo is better than the pictures,everything you could possibly need is there. The pool is right out the back about thirty steps away from the lanai and was great for my 2 year old grand daughter as it started at just two feet deep with a lot of area for her to play in. It went up to 9 feet deep so it was great for my 6 year old grand son and adults. The owners are fantastic to deal with and the complex itself was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

spent a week at this condo and found everything to be great! The condo is so well equipped, very clean and comfortable,and nicely updated. We had many family members staying at the resort in some of the other condos and it was so handy to just meet at the pool. We thought our place was the best lol. Would totally recommend this place,Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo is described very well and the photos are accurate and beautiful. The property is well maintained and sweet smelling, however the hot tub was out of commission and under repair. The condo was as clean as I would expect. The owner was very helpful and was able to accommodate my family in the way we needed for our vacation. I recommend this property to all those in need of a peaceful, relaxing place. I must say that the Thailand Cuisine restaurant has wonderful food and authentic atmosphere. There is terrific snorkeling all along South Maui and there are numerous activities in the area for kids of all ages. I must say thank you for the opportunity of staying in one of the most hospitable places in Maui.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved our stay in your condo! We couldn't believe how meticulous it was! We walked through the doors and felt at home. The rooms are beautifully painted and decorated.The beds were so comfortable. The Bathroom looks newly remodeled and the shower is amazing. We loved how you thought of everything! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need! The location was great. A short drive to the main beaches in Kihei or there was a little beach across the street. The pool was great for our little ones. It is mostly 2-4 feet. I loved how close the condo was to the pool. The owner was so great to work with! We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your vacation rental was wonderful in everyway. The location is very convenient. Only 10 minutes away from Central Maui but very close to the ocean. The condo is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and every thing you can possibly need is supplied. We especially liked that the Condo was on the first floor right infront of the pool. We felt like we had the entire pool and jacuzzi to our selves. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us....AlohaRecommended for: Families with young children.

My family and I vacationed in Kihei and had an amazing time. This condo was clean and the perfect fit for our family. Great location, close to the beach and also made it an easy drive in either direction towards other parts of the island. The amenities were excellent and the pictures honestly don't do justice to the condo. The pool and hot tub were a great option when my husband and I were too tired to bring the kids back to the beach. It was also nice to relax in the evenings on the comfortable couch or out on the lanai. The full service kitchen was a major plus as well. If/when we decide to take another trip to Maui we will probably look for availability of this property first! At a glance you'll miss the secrets of the Koa Resort. This place was awesome for our kids and our grandparents. For our first time to Hawaii I was impressed. The pool is Fantastic! and the Grounds are kept immaculate, clean and Hawaii beautiful. The tennis courts and pathways right down to the parking and security made us feel at home and well rested. In the evening, take a strole on the beach, watch the sunset while picking up a few unique seashells then relaxing on the lanai gazing up at the star-lit sky. Wow!
