Affordable Deluxe 'Gold Rated' Studio Condo at the base of Peak 9, located at the newly remodeled 'Village At Breckenridge'. Just steps to the six-person Quick Silver Lift and Breckenridge's first rate Ski School.
Carpet replaced in October 2011.
Four mountain peaks: 25 lifts and 139 trails on 2200 acres of World Class Skiing. Perfect location to Breckenridge's Famous Main Street, filled with Shops and Restaurants.
Close to the Grocery Store, Breckenridge Recreation Center, Ice Arena and Nordic Center.
The Complex has an Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool, Four Outdoor Hot Tubs, Exercise Facility, Locker Rooms w/Showers, Kid's Arcade w/Video Games and Pool Table. Blue Sage Spa is located near the pool for all your massage and spa needs. Ice Skating / Paddle Boats on Maggie Pond are on the complex grounds.
Summit Stage bus-stop (free) is a half block away, which will take you to all of the other nearby great resorts and towns.
Our unit has a queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper, a multi-use bathroom and a full kitchen to accommodate four guests. There is also a 'pack-and-play' for use. Perfect for couples or small family. All linens are furnished. Furniture and carpet are new. Decorated in Colorado Mountain Style.
Winter activities are superb and summer activities are just as wonderful. Warm days and cool nights. Dillon Lake is just nine miles away.
The Town Trolley, know as the 'Free Ride' is of course 'free', and stops right outside the complex.
Breckenridge Golf Course is minutes away, a 27 hole 72 par, Jack Nicklaus designed course! A paved bike trail all the way to Frisco. Breckenridge Public Skateboard Park. Breckenridge Music Festivals. Whitewater Kayak Park. Peak 8 Funpark-SuperSlide and more.
Reservation does not include daily cleaning service. However, cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
Coin operated laundry is available on the same floor.
No Smoking / No Pets.
During Ski season (Nov 15-Apr 30) parking is $15 per night and must be arranged at time of booking. Off-season parking is free.

The location of the condo could not have been better. I am sure there were other comparable locations, but I can't imagine better. If you are traveling with children I would opt instead for a one bedroom. Putting kids to sleep in this very small studio is very difficult. The studio is in desperate need of updating. The kitchen looks like it hasn't been remnovated in 20 years. The pots and pans were in very poor shape. So mucg so we hesitated to cook with them. The sleeper sofa was dreadful, a electronics were just as old as the rest of the furnishings. The main bed was comfortable so that was a positive. We would certainly return to the Village at Breck, just not to this unit. Sorry.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

This condo is perfect if you are interested in hitting the lifts during the day and enjoying the wonderful town of Breckenridge at night! Nothing is further then a few minutes away. One of the best features of the condo is the bathroom set-up, separating the shower, sink, and toilet makes it really easy for multiple people to get ready in the morning or after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed our stay; we'll definitely consider staying here again if we get the opportunity to come back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfectly situated between lifts and the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The rental shop within "The Village" is top notch. We had a great time. Thanks! Such a great location!!! Condo was very clean and quiet. Short walk to the lifts, and ski school was perfect for our family! We ate lunch almost every day in the condo, which provided a much needed break for everyone. We were able to walk to shops and dinner too. The owner sent us detailed instructions and directions for getting to the condo and picking up keys which was SOO helpful since we arrived late at night. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: I fell in love with the Breckenridge area in the early 90's when a good friend of mine moved there. It has been a dream of mine to own a place in Breck to enjoy the winters and summers.
