This was our first trip to Hilton Head and our first experience with VRBO and we were VERY SATISFIED! It is hard to find good values during the summer months but our condo was very reasonably priced, well stocked, and clean. Our kids (ages 6 and 8) loved the lagoon with the turtles and gators and having the lagoon and playground right behind the property was wonderful. The restaurants, pool and beach all very close (short walking distance) and very well maintained. Miles of beautiful bike paths surrounding the resort was also a plus. Best vacation we have had! The owner was very accessible and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thanks again for a wonderul time!

Great Condo! Owner has kept in great shape! This resort is truly oceanfront (no walking across the street to get to the beach). Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, silverware, glassware, etc. Also no need to bring beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boggie boards or sand toys. Owner has also provided these! Great place for families with small kids and even teenagers. We would definately stay at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort again and hopefully this condo.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just got back from our stay at Hilton Head. The listing was very accurate as what to expect. The condo was very neatly kept and comfortable to stay in. I took my girlfriend, teenage daughter (17) and one of her friends and my 10 year old son. If you want to be lazy and not drive, this is a good resort for that. Everything you need is here. We like that we could walk from the beach to the Tiki Bar and have lunch or just order a frozen beverage and return the the beach in minutes. We all enjoyed the beach and everything the resort had to offer. I'm sure that we will be staying here again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We had a great time at Hilton Head. We enjoyed our stay at your condo, and we appreciate that you have beach chair, umbrella and the toys available for us. We will certainly keep your place in mind if we come back again to Hilton Head.

The condo was very well equipped. It was perfect for my family. We actually slept 8 very comfortably(2 were little ones). It has a great location for the kids. The playground is right behing the condo and the laundry facility is close also. We love and would definitely stay there again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We've stayed here twice and will definitely be back. The rooms are large, clean and very well decorated. The beach and the pool are only a few minutes away which is great for the kids. We love coming to Hilton Head for family vacation and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else... For us, this is the perfect get away spot.

The condo is great. It is very comfortable, well furnished, clean, and had everything I needed. I loved the fact that I walked for less than 5 minutes to get to the beach. I also loved its proximity to Savannah GA and Beautfort SC which I visited during my stay. I will stay again.
