  We just returned from Casale Acqua e Fuoco and are so very happy with how our holiday went. The house, garden and pool areas are just lovely. The little welcoming touches left by Santo and Tiziana coffee pasta fresh fruit olive oil (and cool beer in fridge!) were very much appreciated and made us feel very welcome. Tiziana and Santo were a great source of local knowledge and available when we had queries. The house and it\'s beautiful peaceful grounds are perfect for a family holiday. There were 8 of us including our 2 children and also 4 grandparents. So much space for everyone to gather together at mealtimes outdoor or inside and also space for us all to do our own thing. The children enjoyed picking a few lemons in the lemon groves.The views of Etna were spectacular a real highlight of our time there and then on the other side of the property the views over the sea.. simply stunning! We will be back one day soon.

  Casala Acqua e Fuoco is a lovely place serounded by the lemon trees. The real look is much, much better than we had oportunity to see in internet. This is a elegant, stylish and comfortable place with swimming pool from where you can admire the active Ethna volcano. I can fully recomend this house.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We had a wonderfull stay and holiday in the farmhous, which has a wonderfull site with the most beautifull view over the area and the way the rooms in the house are placed is really perfect for a family of 10-12 people. The only thing we think are missing, is some information about where we can buy bread, milk, meat etc. - we told this to the keyholder, and she agreed and promised to write a note of this information to good use for the next people who stayed at the property - we surely hope to come back another time.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities.

  Der Aufenthalt war prima - das Haus war toll und es hat uns sehr gefallen (obwohl es leider auch recht oft geregnet hat - die Kinder waren trotzdem jeden Tag im Pool). Das Haus war beim ersten Mal schwer zu finden - ohne Navigationssystem wäre es sehr schwierig geworden. Auf jeden Fall waren Tiziana und ihr Mann sehr nett und hilfreich. Auch, dass für den ersten Abend bereits Nudeln, Tomatensauce und Milch vorhanden waren, war super! Die Lage zwischen Meer und Etna ist einfach fantastisch! Ein Tipp für alle anderen Urlauber ist: auf Sizilien nicht versuchen (wie vielleicht in Deutschland) vor 20 Uhr abends in einem Restaurant Essen gehen zu können - da hatten wir mit zwei Familien sehr lange gesucht und nichts gefunden ... ansonsten sind die üblichen Ausflugsziele natürlich zu empfehlen: Etna, Taormina, Syracusa ... und wir waren auch einen Tag auf Vulcano ... hier muss man nur früh genug losfahren, um auch spätestens gegen 11 uhr in Milazzo noch eine gute Fähre zu erreichen. Ich denke, dass wir auf jeden Fall nochmal nach Sizilien kommen werden!

  We spent a very nice week in Sicily, living in Casale acqua e fuoco. We enjoyed the house with all the facilities we needed ( one of our girls is handicapped), and enough privacy for each couple of our family. We climbed almost to the top of ETNA (to 2900 m) using funiviaetna and the track afterwards without any guide. We went to Vulcano island (1 h 30 drive to Milazzo and 40 minutes by fast boat (aliscafi), and obviously to Catania and Taormina. We stayed end october with several rainy moments and mostly cloudy. But when the sun is present, it warms heart and body ! We appreciated the hosting of the owners, everything perfectly in order when we arrived ! Car are nedeed for such a location, with beautiful view as mentioned in the web site ! Marc from France ( Paris), with 7 family members

  We celebrated my Father`s 60th at Casale Acqua e Fuoco along with family, friends and our 7 month old son. It was tough to find but this is my only unsavoury comment, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by the super friendly owners, and left food & wine to start the stay. The rooms are tasteful & private, the kitchen is a small but fabulous dining area to congregate in, the pool was fab, good BBQ, and the views... just breathtaking. Imagine waking up to a beautiful view over Etna, among the lemon groves and breathing in fresh sea air. We could have done a lot more sight seeing but we were happy to laze by the pool and enjoy our surroundings at home. I must admit there was a lump in my throat when we left. Thank you very much Tiziana, Santo & the boys!!!

  As we have been travelling and trying different villas also in spain and portugal, we have a strong opinion on Yours too:)) We were so pleased to stay there! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. It is a perfectly planned house for families and bigger parties. We loved every second (starting when the local kind people told us that they had left us pasta and tomato sauce and even a bottle of wine(!!!) because we arrived so late at night and the shops weren't open anymore) and hardly wanted to go wondering around Acireale:) We enjoyed the views - the lemon trees, the Etna, the sea - everything from Your own backyard!! Amazing! The place wasn't the easiest to find even on google maps but the very kind local people (the lady and the gentleman) were so amazingly helpful to guide us! So it sure wasn't a problem, pure fun and adventure:) The kitchen was so perfectly located - we cooked a lot and we enjoyed the cooking process very much because we could all participate - some on terrace, others in the kitchen, but still able to talk to each other while preparing and cooking. Just perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. And hopefully we didn't bother the locals while enjoying local wines because the estate was huge and neighbours were far. To other travellers - do the "passeggiare" in Taormina at night! It's close actually! And absolutely worth doing/seeing! And Etna ofcourse! We actually don't have any suggestions to the owner:) It was just all so perfect! All of our friends envy us after seeing the pictures of our little paradise there:) We sure do suggest this place! PS! We loved the pool and the lizards:)) The tiny lizards were full of surprises:) Thank You again! We had a perfect week there! We wish many more satisfied customers to You!   tiziana e carlo sono stati gentilissimi e calorosi. quando siamo arrivati c'era il vino in frigo, la frutta fresca e qualche cose da mangiare (pasta, caffé, biscotti...). la casa e spettacolare e fidelissima alla descrizione e alle foto su internet.e ideale per coppie o famiglie che vogliono partire insieme perche ogni camera e independente da l'altra con il suo bagno e la sua chiave per uccire direttamente nel giardino. era la prima volta che partivamo in vacanze affittando una casa e siamo (tutti 9) rimasti incantati. Penso di portarvi presto altri amici e familiari.

  Dès l'arrivée, nous sommes sous le charme des lieux...un grande allée parmi les citronniers nous mène à la villa... La terrasse est bien ombragée et permet de prendre d'agréables repas à l’abri d'un soleil omniprésent. Piscine et abords très conviviaux. De plus, est c'est à souligner, malgré notre arrivée vers 1 h du matin (ahhh les horaires d'avion...), la "Keyholder" nous attendait avec le sourire et quelques victuailles au frigo...Nous avons énormément apprécié ce geste car après +/- 8 heures de transit dont 4h pour traverser le sicile de trapani à Aciréale: ca fait du biennnnnnnnnnn.... merci encore de cette gentille attention.... Cette villa de plus représente un bon camp de base pour la visite de l'est de la Sicile... Seul petit bémol, peu de chaises longues en état (5 seulement pour une villa de 13 personnes !!!) Cela mis à part, je recommande vivement ce lieu charmant et dont le calme et la sérénité contribuera largement à la réussite de vos vacances...N'hésitez pas !!
