  The stay at the suite in downtown Toronto was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for my daughter and I. The place was well maintained clean and had all the amenities you could possibly want including a dishwasher. It was a perfect location, right in the heart of downtown a quick walk to everything. The place is quite spacious and well appointed. It was a very comfortable stay for us. Everyone we met were helpful and informative.We were greeted as we checked in and everything was handled professionally and promptly. A very nice place, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place in the heart of Toronto.

  This condo has everything you would want for a stay in the city. It is centrally located and within walking distance to all the amenities such as shopping,restaurants and transportation.It was clean and looked exactly like the posted pictures.The building is very safe and secure,has underground parking and a pool which we enjoyed.Unfortunately our stay was too short to do any lounging up on the rooftop terrace with its great furniture and outdoor cooking facilities,but we did take some photos up there.There was some construction going on but it wasn't a problem once the balcony doors were closed.Daniel was very prompt in all his correspondence,met us at the building and gave us an orientation tour . He was available by cell phone and email if we needed him.My security deposit was refunded within 48 hours after we left.This is going to be our new "hotel" when we visit Toronto in the future.I would highly recommend this spot to any one considering a trip to Toronto.

  I have used VRBO all over the world. While I have always been happy with the accomodatons I have rented, this apartment was the best overall. The photos didn't really do justice to it. I think one important reason for this is that the owner lived in the apartment himself for 3 years AND he left it in the same condition and equipped it with everything he knew you would need to make things easy and pleasant. It is clean, roomy and is set up very efficiently. The big surprise was how nice the rooftop lounge and barbeque area is... great place for cocktails and/or a meal. It is huge, and has a spectacular view of Toronto. The location is great too... near everything, with a great supermarket right next door. I would recommend the apartment to anyone. Daniel (the owner) is a great guy and is very helpful and accommodating.

  This is indeed chic, but it is more like a large efficiency partitioned into sleeping areas and livingroom/kitchen area than is it a one bedroom + den. The screens between the living and sleeping areas do not block out either light or sound as walls would. So it is not, in our view, a one bedroom + den. (We usually book at least a one bedroom so late nighters/early wakers don't disturb others who want to sleep, and that's what we thought we were getting here.) It is in a great location, easy walk to shopping, sights, museums, Chinatown, restaurants, etc. and access to public transportation. Building is very nice, as are the pool, gym, roof terrace and parking, and the place is nicely furnished. The construction project on the second half of the block that goes from dawn to dusk (6am to 9pm) made use of the terrace or opening the sliding doors for fresh air not very appealing, however.) One of us is a light sleeper so noticed the noise from the elevator shaft and the neighbor's dog that cries when s/he leaves in the morning (but those sort of things come with urban accommodations). Nicely furnished and very clean, but the air conditioning never worked. (We only realized this after the second night when we thought we had turned the thermostat way down, and were only there 4 nights total so Daniel didn't really have much of a chance to fix this.) It was warmer in Toronto than we anticipated, so maybe this ordinarily would not have been an issue. Daniel accommodated our somewhat imprecise schedule nicely and was pleasant and welcoming. If we had been expecting a large efficiency with partitioned sleeping areas this would be a stand-out. My husband would give it a "good" because of the great location and amenities, I would say between average and good because there was no separate bedroom. I would certainly recommend the property for anyone who doesn't care there is no really separate bedroom or separate den.

  Owner response: Thanks for your feedback. The sliding glass pane doors to each room are actually thinker than drywall. That's the new modern touch for condominiums. Diane contacted me about the A/C and I explained to her how to turn it down, she advised me that everything was great. After they checked out, I learned that the fuse was tripped. With the flick of a switch in the fuse box, everything was working perfectly.

  My family and I (3 adults and 1 19month old) spent a week here whilst visiting out daughter who is working in Toronto, the best thing about this apartment is location, location, location! just 2 blocks from Dundas square, the Eaton Centre and the Underground, the area is brimming with resturaunts, cafes bars and convenience stores The store downstairs has everything you might need and we found the man who runs the Subway store across the street to be really friendly, This is the 6th time I have used VRBO and this apartment was the best yet - compact - sure but still so much bigger than a hotel room it was modern, very well equipped, even a washer/dryer - handy with a young child, super comfy couch and lovely and clean. We didn't have time to use the buildings gyms but they were well equipped we did go to the pool though and again it was great - indoor so can be used all year round I would recommend this apartment to anyone considering coming to Toronto, as we had family within the city we didn't even hire a car and found it really easy to get around - I would certainly come back to this apartment again - the owner Daniel was very accommodating, checking up with us midweek etc A++++

  Thanks for the perfect place.This condo has it all, location and all the comforts of home and then some. Daniel was very accomodating and was there if we needed him. The condo was spottless and was exactly like the pictures. The market on the first floor was great with a deli, Starbucks and lots of fresh fruits and vegs. We loved being so close to the eaton centre and dunas square.Thanks Daniel we hope to be back soon!

  Very nice condo. Convenient parking garage. We were able to take the TTC public transport everywhere, as subway was conveniently within a couple blocks of the condo. Condo was clean, very nice, and looked as advertised. The owner was great about making sure we were able to find the place and checked in during the week to make sure all was going well. Had all the amenities, including fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. There is also a grocery store on the street level of the building which was reasonably priced and very convenient as well. Eaton Centre is just a couple blocks away as well. If you like sushi and Chinese food, there are restaurants all over the place - we couldn't hit them all, but we liked everything we tried, and all within a block or two at most. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys Toronto and likes being close to all the action in the downtown section of the city!! We really enjoyed ourselves!

  I stayed in this condo the last weekend in March. From the communication from the start until the prompt refund of my damage deposit, everything was top class. Daniel coordinated everything flawlessly and the unit itself was perfect. Close to everything downtown TO offers. The amenities were also perfect. It was like staying in a hotel, but with the feeling of being in your own home. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking to stay in downtown TO! Andrew F.

  We spent a very nice 4-night stay in this condo. Everything was very comfortable, including the queen size bed which is important when you're away from home. Everything we needed was provided and it all worked. As an example of the niceties, there was a 6-plug strip near the table in the living area so we were able to charge all our devices at once before coming home. Toronto is a great city to explore or just to enjoy after you've become familiar with it. From the condo it's possible to walk to many of the attractions, yet fairly quick to drive out of downtown for those that are further away.
