  While staying here we made several day trips - to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff and the Indian pueblo ruins. And of course, the guys played golf a couple of times too. It was so nice to be able to do all these things on just a day trip.

  We had a wonderful time at your cabin and greatly appreciate the opportunity to have stayed there. It was plenty big and had all the ammentities of a home, tv, to everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nothing you would be able to do at a hotel. We will want to stay there again, possibly during the summer months to enjoy the lake. The views were beautiful and oh boy did it snow and snow and snow. Thanks again.

  The location is great for a snowy get away. Our kids had fun playing & sledding. The cabin is cozy & comfortable. We really liked the little town of Pinewood. We will visit again .. maybe make it an annual tradition for our family. Great cabin, great community a great weekend get away from the city. Can't wait to do it again.

  I was very happy with my stay- the property was as advertised with all amenities included that one could wish for. My only complaint was that internet connection was sporadic & slow, otherwise everything worked well. Even though I used only the top floor I found the house cozy & very comfortable & was sorry when my time came to an end. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you for sharing your wonderfful summer home.

  I sure hope I can go there again.. The house was perfect, in a lovely location, up in the trees and with a great view. I was there for one month and we ate all of our meals on the front porch. We walked to the lake almost every night and I have beautiful pictures on Facebook of the moon coming up over the lake. I was happy staying right there and hiking the trails. However I would encourage visitors to see Bearizona. Can you imagine bears walking right around your car? it's new and very nice. The house was cozy and nice for everyone. I do hope I can go back some day.

  We loved staying at this rental. The location is perfect, tranquil and beautiful. The floor plan is really good for multi-generational families. The downstairs becomes it's own little apartment, which we used for the younger kids. The views are wonderful and the house is so well appointed. Everything you need is there. Also a totally delightful rental experience all around. The welcome letter and suggestions were a very nice touch and we felt welcomed by the owners when we went through the letters.

  This cabin was exactly what we needed for family getaway in the pines!! It was clean and very well appointed, comfortable and charming. The deck was a wonderful bonus and we enjoyed the availability of the BBQ!! The location near the lake was beautiful!! I felt the love that the Childress family shared through the years!! It had something for everybody! We ate at Woody's pizza and it was GREAT!! * Only downside was we never received the gas card.

  Our family had such a GREAT time staying at this cabin!! It was so family friendly, spacious, warm and comfortable!! It has a huge living area downstairs that is perfect for children to play or for another family to enjoy!! It was so clean and had all of the amentities you could ask for. We enjoyed BBQing on the beautiful deck and we would enjoy our coffee on it in the morning. We would just sit and enjoy the fresh air and serenity. The cabin is in a wonderful location looking out onto the lake and my family and I enjoyed many walks around the beautiful neighborhood. It is also so close to Flagstaff that we went into Flagstaff several times for shopping and lunch. This was our second time staying at this cabin and we absolutely stay there again!!! Thank you very much for letting others enjoy it!!! :0)

  My family (4 adults & 2 kids) stayed in this wonderful cabin. It is cozy, clean & very comfortable. The downstairs is like an apartment - great floorplan, perfect for the in laws to have their own space. Our favorite spot was the covered deck - we had a small thunderstorm with snow flurries & enjoyed it on the deck with hot chocolate in our slippers. The sunset view with the lake was lovely. We had a blast! We will be renting this cabin again!
