  This is a beautifully decorated and well maintained home. The house looks to have been completely renovated from the floors up. The bathrooms were extremely clean and nicely fixtured. Nice pool for cooling off with a lot of room around the pool for the chairs and tables. I would rent this house again. The owner was very informative and helpfull and the price was perfect for a house within 15 minutes of Disney.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  What a fantastic holiday, staying in a house that is home from home!! Perfect location of the house, central for everything. Kids LOVED the pool, T.V and pool table, as parents we loved everything. Fantastic walk in wardrobe!! Would recommend everyone to stay here. Brilliant communication with the owner and nothing was too much bother. 10 out of 10 Can't wait to go again!!   The location of this villa was ideal for all the parks and close to shopping and eating on the 192. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio after visiting the parks. The villa had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you. The Powtons

  We recently returned from a 16 day stay at this lovely vacation villa. We arrived late at night so couldn't really appreciate the beauty at once. Imagine our surprise when we awoke the next morning to our spacious vacation home. The location was quiet and just right for relaxing after a long day of theme parks or shopping. There is also a super Walmart very close to the house so you can take care of your grocery shopping needs quickly and thoroughly. We were more than thrilled with all the amenities in the house. The linens were clean, and for the ladies there is a hair dryer (now there are two because I forgot there was one and bought a 2nd one on our way to the house) and a flat iron (now there is also a tiny curling iron for the same reason there are now 2 hair dryers!). The kitchen is very well stocked from pots and pans to a colander to measuring cups to casserole dishes. There are enough plates and cups to invite the whole neighborhood. We celebrated my son's 6th birthday and were able to bake a cake because all the equipment we needed was there. Although we were on vacation, we stayed home most evenings and enjoyed a barbecue on the back patio after a dip in the heated pool. We are happy that we found this property and hope to return again in the future. Thanks to Jo and the rental management team for all their support! The Kuhn Family

  The atmosphere was welcoming the minute we stepped through the door. Very clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Shared this home with our son and family and it was perfect. The pool was great and our little grand daughter loved it. Good value for your money and appreciated Jo's quick response to our questions. Hope to return some day with other family members.   We have recently returned from this property in Eagle Pointe and thought that we could not write a review. The villa is absolutely first class in every way with every thing that you would expect whilst away from home. The heated pool is fabulous and was used every day. The villa is situated a short distance from the 192 with the closest restaurant a mere 5 minutes away. A large Walmart is around the same distance, and Disney is only a 15 minute drive. Jo provided quick contact, and supplied excellent information to make our stay special. We will most definately return here in the future. Go on book it - you will not be disappointed!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  My family & I rented this property in March, 2011. We fell in love with it! It was convenient to all of the Disney Parks and all of the local attractions. Just a couple miles to Walmart too! The home was immaculate! It fit our every need. We went with our son and his wife and 2 grandchildren. We really enjoyed the pool. We forgot to bring a booster seat for the 4 year old, and the house had 2 for our use. Also there were 2 strollers, and we took one each day we visited Disney. It came in very handy for the 4 year old who did not want to walk. Saved us a lot of money renting one! We all loved the home and would not hesitate to stay there again. Jo was so helpful and answered every email right away! I really appreciated her. We got our deposit refund back in just a few days too. Can't say enough good things about this place, except that I wish it were ours!

  Fantastic villa in a lovely quiet, residential location! Pool was great on rest days when it was very, very hot!!!!! Close to the theme parks and shopping malls. We've all had a brilliant time and would recommend this villa to all!!!!

  Had a fantastic holiday in this villa, would highly recommend it.  Great location so close to the disney parks,seaworld and universal.  My children loved the pool morning and night.  Walmart is so close, had a great holiday and will definitely be returning.  Jo was so helpful and gave perfect directions.

  Great location for all attractions including parks, golf, restaurants & pubs. The house is exactly as described and shown on the website. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
