Coco Plum Beach Villas are a lovely beachside condominium complex in Coco Plum at Mile Marker 54 in Marathon. All the units have a full, unobstructed views of the ocean. Just below your private balcony is a long, lovely and sandy beach for strolling and shell gathering. You can swim in the ocean or in the large heated pool both just steps away. This condo also sits on one of the longest turtle nesting areas in the Keys.
This home has been tastefully decorated and is fully equipped to handle all your vacation needs. Why the Owner Chose Marathon
The Marathon area has it all-and when living on an island, although we want the "Island Feel" we still want a full size grocery store, and restaurants of all kinds to choose from. Other Keys are missing the services we are accustomed to, and you wind up spending half or all the of day traveling to buy groceries, or to take the kids to a museum. Marathon's central location makes it easy to get to Key West (45 min) or to Islamorada(20 min) for lunch at Lazy Dayz or Wild World Sportsman.

The BEACH! Our condo sits right on one of the longest, sandiest, and beautiful beaches in the Keys-where beaches are a rarity. Plus, there are one of only a handful of condos on this mile long beach which makes it great for privacy and to see true nature at it's best. Coco Plum Beach is also known for it being one the main turtle nesting areas in the Keys. Plus, this condo has 100% unobstructed views across the Atlantic, where you wake up to the gental sound of small waves laping on the sand.
