  Great location. Quick, easy access to outlets, restaurants and beaches. Communal pool great for when you don't want to go the beach and can just chill at the house. The home has everything you need and more! Family room and living room makes a perfect environment for families with children who want to watch cartoons and adults who want to watch something else. Cul-de-sac location is ideal if you have small children who want to play outside. Can't wait to go back!

  My family and I went down for a 4 night stay and had a terrific time. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is very well kept with all the amenities that we needed. We were close to all to the outlets and only a few minutes from the beach. We are already trying to plan our return visit.

  The pictures of this vacation rental do not do it justice. It is lovely, spacious, very clean, and has everything you need and more! The owner was wonderful, answering all of our questions immediately. We emailed back and forth frequently and she was so helpful. The return of our deposit occurred within days of our departure, too. We especially liked the quiet community the home is located in...it is off the beaten path and not in the crowded beach area. We could easily drive to the beach and numerous shops, but did not have to contend with parking problems or lots of people every day. The pool was clean and nice to use for both adults and kids. The home's cul-de-sac location was great, too, as our 9 year old liked to go outside and play in the large yard. Definitely go to Funland and the boardwalk and shops while there. We also drove into Washington D.C., which was about 2 1/2 hrs away, and toured the Newseum...awesome. Found out about Lewes Beach a little late but there is a Pirate Ship excursion for families with kids that we will go to the next time. We highly recommend this property and hope you take care of it so it will continue to be our rental of choice when we return!

  I would recommend this home to anyone! The house was very clean and acommadating with many essentials need for the beach. It def is a home away from home and great place for the family to get away. The owners were very helpful and even let us check in early which was a plus! So thank you for giving us a place to relax and have fun. Everything you could want is close to the home. Outlets, beach, go carts, water park. Thanks again!!!!

  Excellent experience for me and my friends. Beautiful neighborhood. The house is clean with excellent services. The communication with the owners was clear and fast. We were 12 adults and we had space for a lot of fun. If you have kids you will love it even more. We had an unforgettable time. Thanks to the Owners. :) We will come back soon.
