Hi, I am The Wilbur House! I am a 3BD/3BA Spacious 2,300 sq/ft of Living Space - Plus 600 sq/of Outdoor Patio & Sun Deck in the heart of NORTH PACIFIC BEACH! I just came on the market and all my furnishings are brand spanking new!! Lucky You! I can walk to the Beach! Only 3 blocks away! Parents love me, kids adore me and dogs just dig me! Besides the gigantic bedrooms, my favorite rooms are the Billiards Room and my very own spacious private Outdoor Patio Oasis! If I'm not laying out on my Sun Deck working on my tan, I'm either BBQ'n a mean steak or cuddling my honey next to the indoor or outdoor Fireplace. :-)

The home had everything we could have wanted or needed. Nice, comfortable space, great for entertaining. Excellent outdoor space, great location. I was surprized and thrilled to have a computer with a scanner hooked up as I had a project to do and could have needed hours at a computer center. We already plan to rent again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Our stay at the Wilbur house for 2 weeks was a very good time indeed. The house is located in northern PB in a very quiet and well kept residential area, and its only a few blocks to the beach. The house is fully equipped with just about everything you would need, except food and beverages, of course. Very comfortable, really enjoyed the outdoor patio area with the fire pit and barbecue. Bikes are also provided, there are eight of them, and we took advantage of them riding around the boardwalk and mission bay. Ody is very hands on, if an issue arises, he is easily accessible and responsive. I would would definitely recommend the Wilbur house for your San Diego vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

My husband and I along with our two boys and their grandparents recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Ody's beautiful home in Pacific Beach. The home was exactly as described and then some. We arrived to an immaculate home and very quickly settled in. The kitchen was fully stocked including basic necessities such as tea and coffee, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with lots of large fluffy towels and overall the space was perfect for 6 adults to spread out enjoy ourselves. Days were spent lounging in the sunshine on the back deck or surfing at Pacific Beach which was a short 10 min walk away. The bicycles in the garage were a great addition for cruising the boardwalk along Pacific Beach. Evenings were spent on the beautiful outdoor patio, BBQing and enjoying the outdoor fireplace. As much as we enjoyed staying home and cooking there were also many nice restaurants within walking distance. The home was also a short 15 min drive to downtown San Diego to visit many of the local tourist attractions. We requested a late check out to accommodate a late flight home and Ody was very cooperative. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well maintained home to enjoy a family vacation in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. We will be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

They have done a wonderful job of thinking of all the things you will need on a vacation by the beach! I would definitely stay here again! the only limitation is the noise ordinance at 10:30 pm. if you like to stay up late and want to be outside that could be a issue. This place was exactly what was described and exceeded expectations and the owner was very helpful with any questions or concerns.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Every year (this was #11) there are 6 of us girl's that get away every President's Day weekend and I have to say this was one of my favorite. The home was so comfortable and within walking distance of Pacific Beach. The pool table, the bikes, the water fountain was all an added bonus. I attended a conference in San Diego in January and my friends and I wanted to stay close to the beach. We found this property and were so happy we were able to stay here! The house is very clean and nice with lots of fun things to do such as play pool or sit out by the fire pit and relax. It's very close to the beach which is nice since parking is hard to come by in that area. The house was exactly as pictured and described by the owner and the many reviewers. And the owner is very helpful with anything you need. I would definitely stay here again if I come down to San Diego! We searched for a house in San Diego to visit our daughter during Christmas and after some searching we found this house which we thought would suite us fine. We looked at the pictures and the description of the house before we decided to contact the owner. From our first contact with the owner thru our stay in the house we are very satisfied. The house suited us very well and we got excellent assistance with the few questions we had during our stay. The house was situated very well for our stay, close to our daughter, the beach and easy to reach the highway going north, downtown San Diego, See World or shopping centers. The house was also equipped with bicycles and beach activities which I think is an extra bonus. This house will definitely be our first choice when we go back to San Diego.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location, remote from major roads but within walking distance to the shops, beach. The house is clean and very well maintained. Plenty of room for a family of 6. The kids were very busy with the X-box kinect games while we enjoyed our evenings playing billiard. The nights at the outdoor firepit were great. The owner was very nice and responsive to our needs. This particular house offers a lot more than other ones we looked at. We had a wonderful time there.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The place was beautiful. Very large with all the extra room of the courtyard and the rooftop deck. Tons of supplies. The pool table was nice, my 8 yr old son and I played pool for the first time together and discovered we both loved it! The place was fairly close to beach sidewalk for riding bikes all up and down through mission bay, which we have done for years on trips to SD. Also, there are multiple new bikes in the garage to use, which can save a family of four at least $200 if yuou had to rent them for a hole week. The grill is also large and very 'Bobby Flayish' style. If your a party crowd looking for a party house, this isnt the spot for you. It's a residential neighborhood with quiet neighbors who are friendly but need to sleep at night. But if your'e looking for a quiet, stunning place to stay near the beach with countless ameneties and upgrades, this is a great place to stay! Would love to stay there again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
