This is our second home, so it's well maintained. It's decorated alot like our home in Eagle, Idaho, I call it the Tommy Bahama look.

This is one of the nicest properties in the area with beautiful grounds and stunning views. It is a very romantic snd relaxing hideaway as you can sit on the lanai and watch the sunrise coming up over Haleakala the whales, turtles, surfers and miles of secluded beach while melting into your chair, wondering if you could extend your vacation maybe even a few more days. Everyone that stays at our Condo, and I mean everyone, absolutely falls in love with everything and all the regular guests and friends that return year after year and stay at our complex. This is a beautiful, upscale, direct Oceanfront Condo that is kept in extremely nice condition. We rent it ouselves to keep the costs low, so don't let the price fool you (we have been told numerous times that it should rent for much more). Many that have stayed here like it better because of the central location and it's so peaceful, you don't have to fight traffic or tons of tourists.
The property also sit's right on the Ocean over looking Maalaea Bay in Maui, which is also in the middle of a Turtle Sanctuary. You can walk to the Maalaea Harbor, the Maui Ocean Center, shopping and Haycraft park. Sugar Beach is extremely close to the Condo, and runs for miles all the way to Kihei and can be seen from the lanai. So you get a combination of sights up close watching turtles and whales from the property and the lanai. The beach which is awesome, is just a short walk on the same side of the road as the Condo. The locals call this the nursery as the whales come right here to Calf. How awesome is that.
Some of Maui's finest dining is located next door at the "Waterfront restaurant", other fine dining is just a short walk away such as "Buzz's Wharf" and the "Maalaea Grill" which is our favorite spot to eat due to fresh food and the entertainment. Looking out from the Lanai, your views are of Haleakala, whales and sometimes whales having their babies, turtles, dolphins, the ocean and waves, Wow !!!
The turtles even come into feed at night right in front of the Condo, you can sit on the grass or chair and watch them just a few feet away, as the coral reef comes right up to the prope Certain times of the year there is a wave called the "Freight Train" that breaks in the ocean, in our backyard the local surfers will show off their surfing skills for you, while you sit on the lanai, don't forget your camara.....
This Condo is located just steps from the water and is centrally located on Maui and is about 14 minutes from the airport. Everything you need is right here and you can drive to other areas of the island quicker due to the central location of the Condo. There is also an extra large room safe that will also hold most laptop computers, along with an HP 6510 officejet all in one printer, fax, copier, scanner and high speed internet access. (People come back here year after year because of the reasons listed above) This condo is considered to be an upper end high quality condo by company's that rent Condo's. Please note that we will let you checkout late if you have a late flight or red eye when you return home. This will allow you to really enjoy your last day of your vacation without the hassle of carrying your luggage around all day in your car. This is a Hot Deal !!!!!!!!!
Our Reservation and cancellation policy by booking the Condo at # 206 Hauoli St.96793 # 40374 VRBO listing Maalaea Village Maui with your credit card that you are in fact purchasing your accomodations at VRBO listing # 40374 in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit card. The balance of you stay will be charged 30 days before your check-in date. Full payment is due for bookings one week and under when you book the Condo. 50% is due at booking for stays over one week. Please consider travel insurance as it is inexpensive and covers most of your travel expense if for some reason you cannot make your trip. By prepaying your stays you are opting out of any vacation rental cancellation policy. We will do everyting in our power to rent the Condo and refund your deposit if you cannot make your trip. Again travel insurance is very inexspensive and will cover you if the need arises. We want you to return year after year as most of our guest do. Remember when the Condo is booked we take that time off the calendar and reserve the time for you alone and allow you to check out late if you have a red eye home upon availability which is a free day.

Why the Owner Chose Maalaea
We bought our wonderful place on Maui because we have been there so many times and stayed at so many places we knew where we wanted a place, and where we didn't. Our Oceanfront Condo is located in Maalaea Village in the middle south side of the island. Everyone that stays or lives here knows it's one of Maui's best kept secrets. It's why you come to Maui, miles of private beach, Ocean Center next door, restaurants next door, Maalaea Harbor next door, a Condo that should rent for much more, no traffic, centrally located, not far from the airport, whales playing in your back yard. I could go on forever but once you experience our home you will want to come back.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The benefits of staying at our property are.
1. Lower total cost because we rent it ourselves.
2. Late check out if you have a red eye flight and that is a free day or bonus to you.
3. Super centrally located and miles of uncrowded beach.
4. The Condo should be priced higher but we save money renting it ourselves.
5. I don't think you'll find a nicer place for the money so don't let the price fool you it's worth allot more.
Great place to Visit, They grow lot's of fresh fruit and other things
This is called the nursery by the local hawaiians because the Whales come here to calf and you are up front and personal with them from our Condo and the views of them don't get any better.
Great places to visit but if there is an accident on this road you are stuck at that end of the island.
