This is a great vacation rental. Its very well kept and tastefully decorated. The owners description is very accurate. The views are great. The beach is very close, so you can enjoy the waves from the decks. We found lots of stark teeth and saw dolphins close to shore twice. The indoor pool and recreation area is also very nice. The place is so close to the aquarium and its about a 20 min walk to the pier. Do note that the back bed room faces the street, which has only light traffic but does have street lighting all night long. The master bed room is wonderful and you can hear the ocean all night long even with the windows closed. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend it.

Luna Bella is perfect for a family get away, the house is fully stocked with everything you would need. They have bicycles, boogie boards, chairs, and a rec center where you can play tennis, basketball, or just relax in the jacuzzi. We took the ferry from fort fisher to southport beautiful historic area. We found fresh seafood reasonably priced & very good. Highly recommend for your next vacation to the beach.

We just returned from our week long stay at "La Luna Bella." We absolutely love this place! It was clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for us to use. The view of the beach from the living rooma and the master bedroom was the best we have ever experienced. The pictures in the description are very accurate. It was exactly what we expected. We visited the Ft. Fisher Aquarium while we were here. We took the ferry over to Southport and went down to Mrytle Beach for the day. We went to Wilmington and saw the USS North Carolina Battleship. We enjoyed walking on the pier. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! We would highly recommend this place for your next vacation experience. Thanks so much!

Just returned from La Luna Bella at Kure Beach. We have stayed at many Kure Beach properties, and found this one to be one of the best for our family. It is a corner unit in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach access and pool are a minute from your front door--which is perfect for kids! The condo is very clean and updated. The photos don't do it justice! The owner has taken great pride in this property and provides guests things that are well beyond what is expected for a rental....you get so much more from renting directly from the owner than an agency--like extra linens, kitchen items, etc. I hope that we can return again.

My husband, 2 kids (6 and 3) and I traveled to Kure Beach the week before Easter in March 2010. We were looking for a quiet place in which to relax and escape "regular life" for a while. This condo was the perfect place for such a getaway! When we got there, we noticed how clean it was. The kids loved having their own room and bathroom and we loved the privacy in the master bedroom. We fell asleep every night to the sounds of the ocean and awoke every morning to a beautiful sunrise. A full kitchen setup meant that we didn't have to eat all of our meals at restaurants and the laundry facilities allowed me to pack much lighter than I would have for a one week vacation in a hotel. The beach was literally right downstairs and it was so nice to go back and forth to the condo throughout the day for meals, naps, etc. without the hassle we have encountered at other beach locations. The beach itself was practically deserted in March, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. My kids also loved the indoor pool that is a part of this condo complex. In all, we had an amazing vacation in Kure Beach and would definitely return to "La Luna Bella" in a heartbeat.

This is the cutest townhouse on EARTH! My daughter & I loved the colors, the decor, the ocean-front bedroom, and the two decks that got a great view of the sunrise! We found the perfect spot for our girl's getaway weekend: It's clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

My family of four just came back from a week's stay at Bella Luna, and we all wish we had another week to enjoy the clean, well appointed (any kitchen gadget you could need, bathrooms fully stocked) and nicely decorated (very beachy!) two bedroom end unit townhouse. The owner was very helpful with any questions I had, the proximity to the beach was OUTSTANDING, and being only minutes away from fort Fisher, the aquarium, Wilmington, Wrightsville beach and the ferry to Southpoint is so convenient. The decks were fantastic, (cocktail and when we ate in, dinner, on the deck with the waves crashing... one evening, we saw dolphins) My children and husband kept telling me i did a Great job finding this place! There are a few beach chairs for use, a BBQ, some sand toys for the kids. The beach was quiet, and very family oriented. We meet some very friendly locals when we saw Hammerhead Turtles hatch and go to sea!! Cant say enough, we would love to go back to NC, and if we do, we know where we'll stay! : >)
