The cottage is cute and well maintained. One bathroom is a challenge for 6+ people but other than that, there is plenty of room. Nice to have laundry on-site. Parking was not a problem.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway.

May 26 to September 1st. (Sunday to Sunday) Rentals $1000/week plus $500 Deposit. Coast Guard Week (July 28th to August 4th) and 4th of July week (August 30 to July 7th $1400/week plus deposit. 50% due at time of reservation. Cancellation policy is non-refundable. BALANCE MUST BE PAID 20 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. 3 night minimum stay in season $500 plus deposit
