Situated in a sought after area in Sunshine Beach, just a short walk from the main village. Sunshine Beach has become a popular tourist destination in its own right. Only a 5 minute drive away from Noosa and bordering the southern side of the Noosa National Park, Sunshine Beach is a leafy suburb built next to a popular surf beach and surrounded by native bushland. Sunshine Beach has a special place in all its residents and visitors hearts. The pristine beach attracts good swell and provides excellent beach breaks for surfers. The beach is also patrolled so it is suitable for the whole family. Views to Lion's Head and the National Park are stunning.
Sunshine Beach is situated around several hills and valleys and many properties obtain truly beautiful views all the way from Lion's Head to Mooloolaba. Even down on the beachfront, properties obtain wide views over the deep blue Pacific Ocean.

Upstairs a large versatile open plan living area merges the living room, kitchen and dining room, with two ocean view balconies extended from this area. A fully equipped kitchen complete with eight seater dining table.
Surrounding the property are lawned gardens with ample seating to look out upon your ocean/beach views. An outdoor shower is available for guests to use after a long walk on the beach or a swim in the surf.
All this is situated behind secure gates with parking for 2 cars and less than a five minute walk to the beach.
