Tropic Winds condominium was a very nice place as a whole. The views from this unit were indeed spectacular. The west end on PCB was perfect...close to Pier Park yet far enough away to be private. The balcony was everything you could want and more. Warning to anyone that might actually want to get sleep...the beds are extremely uncomfortable and there were absolutely no supplies such as trash bags, and the beach chairs were a bit ragged. This unit could defenitely use some maintenance before I would rent it in the future. However I would defenitely rent another unit in Tropic Winds.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for your comments Kathleen! If we aren't informed of issues then we can't remedy them! The owner replaced the mattress in the master bedroom and I laid on it myself and it is very comfortable!! They have also replaced the living room sofa and chair and the cushions on the balcony glider. I hope you will come back for a visit and try it out again now that the issues have been resolved.
