  My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 nights 7 days and we have a blast! The location is great and condo is amazing, super clean with great views. Felt like home. I'd love to return there next year. I recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Such a great time and a great place!

  Extremely excellent complex and condo well stocked and comfortable, clean and well furnished. Very freindly and helpful beach personnel. Clean beach wonderful pools Great place for familes, was inpressed with the condo furnishings. I could go on and on , but the best way to sum it up is I would deffently go again and highly recommend it as T H E place to stay to all my friends.

  This was the first time that we have ever booked a place to stay in this area, and we were so happy to arrive and know we had made a great choice. Upon arrival, it was as though we walked right into the pictures that were posted on the VRBO page. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and had everything we needed, and more. For the few hours that it rained during our trip, our 8 year old was treated to a surprise in the storage closet, a storage box of Legos!! The location of the condo was perfect. It was steps close enough to carry our load to the beach, but steps far enough to feel off the beaten path. We didn't have time to explore the property too much because it was hard to stay away from the beautiful beach and the luxury of the chair and umbrella set up provided for the condo renters/owners. We are kind of shy, so we didn't make use of the grill by the pool, but the unit's kitchen was stocked enough to help us make do. It is a property that allows pets, but except for the occasional small dog making it known he is the big dog on campus during an evening stroll, we would have never known. The owner of the condo was wonderful to work with and we hope to vacation at this location again soon. We would recommend this place to a friend or relative interested in traveling to this area this time of year, it was quite peaceful and the beach was beautiful. We ate most of our meals at the condo, but we did venture out a few times. We ate at Pompano Joes the first night because we were tired. It was pricey, but yummy. We didn't eat out again until our last night and we chose The Louisiana Lagniappe. This place was amazing, but also very pricey. We were sure to eat at the Donut Hole on our way out. The only activity we did besides going to the beach and shopping at the Outlets was to visit the HarborWalk Village Marina. We then took a sunset cruise on the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise. Our 8 year old thought this was the most awesome thing ever! We had a truly memorable first family trip to Destin, and we look forward to going back!

  My husband and I just returned from another 10 day visit to Paradise. We absolutely love the Maravilla and have frequented it for 15 years. We found the Criscillis' unit a few years ago and were overwhelmed. We will continue to rent from them. The new mattress in the master bedroom is to die for - very comparable to my tempurpedic! The furniture is clean. You would never know their unit is pet friendly as there are no smells nor evidence of dogs being there. The kitchen is the most well stocked I've ever encountered which I find very very attractive. The pictures in this listing definitely reflect the appearance and amenities. The private beach at the Maravilla is wonderful. It is so clean and well maintained as is the entire property. I definitely would recommend this unit to anyone considering the Maravilla.

  We visited this beautiful condo right after Easter and was absoluetly blown away at the convenient location and gorgeous weather. This condo provided a crisp clean bright feel and truly made our experience all the better. We loved having direct beach access (to a private beach) and the beach chairs set out for us every day! We will definitely be visiting again very soon! Thanks for the amazing stay!

  We recently completed a major update in the condo during our October 2011, visit. Most items are mentioned in our description on the main page - new master B/R furnishings, etc. However, our visit was a dedicated working trip and we completed a number of other, more detail-oriented, improvements that speak to the pride we take in our second home - new door hinges throughout, new toilet, etc. None of these were broken, but we hope you will appreciate the feel they create.

  The condo is just lovely and well stocked with anything you need. The location is perfect - easy walk to the beach or pool and close to shops and restaurants, all while set in a quiet section of town. The free beach setup was awesome and the water was spectacular - crystal clear and emerald green. Not a great view from the balcony and the guest bedroom is a bit small for two adults, but overall the condo was absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

  My husband and I and our small dogs have stayed been going to the Panhandle for the past 15 years. All but 3 times, we stayed at the Maravilla. Gary and Beth's unit was by far the most enjoyable and the nicest. We had problems getting the wireless internet connection and Gary went out of his way to get us online. We loved the fact that the living room had not only a couch and a loveseat but also a large comfortable chair. There was even a recliner in the bedroom which was a huge plus! The kitchen was absolutely stocked to perfection! This was a very comfortable condo and everything advertised was true! We will definitely return!

  Thanks for such a great place to stay!!!! We had a great time and everything was perfect!!! Perfect location to the beach, pool and restaurants. We did lots of walking. It was just beautiful. We would definately recomend it to others. Great family oriented beach. My teenage nieces were very happy with the surroundings and shopping!!! As was my Dad and husband. There is something for all ages to enjoy. Thanks again so much.

  We just returned from our trip to Destin on Sunday (7/23/06), and what a wonderful trip it was! We loved staying in your condo -- it was beautifully decorated, and SO comfortable! The living room furniture was especially comfortable, and very attractive as well! It is always nice to have the conveniences of a washer & dryer and kitchen, but your place seemed to be even better equipped than most. We hope to return, if not next summer, then definitely the next! Our son and his girlfriend even got engaged during our week there! Thanks again for a great stay!
