This newly decorated beach house comes complete with a fireplace, TVs in both the bedroom and living room, a home theatre system, Cable, DVD, wireless Internet and a full kitchen with outdoor BBQ.
This spacious one bedroom cottage with California king-size bed plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate up to four guests in comfort. Comes complete with washer and dryer, even an outdoor shower to wash away the day's beach sand.
Just steps away is 21st Avenue Beach, one of the most dog friendly beaches in the Santa Cruz. We're located at the corner of beautiful East Cliff Drive and 21st Avenue, mid-way between the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Capitola-by-the-Sea. Pets are welcome with advance notice.
