This spacious one bedroom cottage with California king-size bed plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate up to four guests in comfort. Comes complete with washer and dryer, even an outdoor shower to wash away the day's beach sand.
Just steps away is 21st Avenue Beach, one of the most dog friendly beaches in the Santa Cruz. We're located at the corner of beautiful East Cliff Drive and 21st Avenue, mid-way between the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Capitola-by-the-Sea. Pets are welcome with advance notice.

We desert dwellers took our dogs to this beach house; it is very, very close to a very dog-friendly beach. Although the house was lovely -- and I do mean lovely -- the most fun was watching our dogs run in the surf and play with other dogs. The house is great -- wonderfull cozy and chic at the same time. We worried the lack of a back yard would make having the dogs with us a problem, but wet sandy dogs dried out completely on the front deck before entering the house....and they loved the front deck. Absolutely the best beach vacation we've had
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent 3 great nights here. The home is very well-furnished and well-maintained and super clean, with excellent linens and towels. The front porch has infrared heat lamps to take off the chill and our kids loved the fold-out couch and excellent TV/home theater system. Lots of books, DVDs, and tapes which we did not need as we had incredible weather. There was even a "welcome" bottle of wine. The owners are really quick and responsive to our reservation requests and we did not need to contact them while there as everything was so wonderful.
Recommended for:Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

This is a wonderful cottage..great location, great views, very comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great DVD library, books too. Thanks for the great vacation!
