Beautiful Spacious 3½ Bedroom Casa 2 Minutes from Beach

Our Casa is a 3+ bedroom, 3 bathroom Mexican casa in a fully secure development, with tree and flower lined, pedestrian friendly streets, steps from the beach. We have 24 hour security. We are away from the activity of Loreto, yet you can get there in 15 minutes by car or taxi, and just 5 minutes from the airport. There is a great beach front cafe with pool side service, daily palapa usage, kayak and snorkel usage right out in front. There is also Loreto's only championship 18 hole golf course. Take your golf clubs and walk to the Clubhouse for a round of golf at the championship golf course, designed by David Duval. End up at the 19th hole for welcome refreshments.

The casa was constructed in 2008. It is 2268 sq feet, 3+ bedroom with beautifully appointed rooms with 2 fully landscaped interior courtyards one with a fountain, another with large gas bbq, prep and sink area. There is also a large rooftop patio.The casa is 100 metres (2 min walk) to the beach and about 200 metres from the community pool. Our casa has ocean and mountain views.
Access to all resort amenities including pools, bar and cafe, palapa usage, poolside lounge chairs, kayaks, snorkel gear, championship 18 hole golf course, and tennis club.

The home has two keyless entrances into the home and courtyard. Exquisite details such as tile flooring, top of the line cabinetry with hand forged iron detailing towel bars, artisan wooden french doors that open up to the interior courtyards from the dining and living room area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room and remote control air conditioning/heat are present throughout.

A 32 inch flat screen is in the common area and each bedroom is equipped with 27 inch flat screen TVs, ipod/mp3 compatible clock radios, and phones. Two TV's come with a DVD player and there is a selection of DVD's. Cable TV is available at cost upon request

Downstairs includes 2 large bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and a large adjacent bathroom with a separate Mexican tiled shower, toilet, a full size soaker tub and two hand painted sinks along with a large double vanity and mirror. The other bedroom has a queen bed with a large adjacent bathroom with a separate Mexican tiled shower, toilet and two hand painted sinks along with a large double vanity and mirror


Upstairs bedroom suite is furnished with a luxury king size bed, living area with queen size sofa bed, and has a beautiful view of the Sierra de la Giganta Mountain and water. It has a large adjacent bathroom with a separate Mexican tiled shower, toilet, a full size soaker tub and two hand painted sinks along with a large double vanity and mirror.

The upstairs patio has a pergola for shade, 2 lounge chairs, patio table with 4 chairs. It is great for enjoying the sunsets over the mountains and sunrise over the sea, not to mention black star filled skies, perfect for enjoying the Baja's warm sunny days and comfortable nights, moderated by the sea breezes.

The living area downstairs includes a spotless kitchen with all appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glassware, dishes etc. The kitchen has tile counters, breakfast bar counter with stools, and adjacent dining area and living room with open beam ceiling. It is a great entertaining space.

The Casa also has a stacked washer and dryer.

Walk 3 minutes to the Loreto Bay Inn Resort, where you will have peaceful surroundings with easy access to all amenities. Walk down to the beautiful private 3 mile sandy beach, and lounge on the chairs below the Palapas, or snorkel or kayak in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. There are rental facilites right on the beachfront.

The Inn has a fitness center, a resort pool, a bar poolside restaurant, and a dining room restaurant, which you can enjoy while renting the casa. There is kayaking, snorkeling, and full access to the Inn’s facilities. There is a tennis club a few minutes away. Ask at the Inn and they will assist in making this a very enjoyable holiday.

You may enjoy cooking meals or having your meals at the Inn or the other restaurants on the Resort. Consider also going into the historic mission town of Loreto, 15 minutes North by car or taxi, it has a beautiful historic town square and tree lined boulevards for shopping, great dining, nightlife and sight-seeing ( ecotours with hiking, island snorkeling or scuba diving and whale watching in season). In Loreto there is a large harbour, long seawall path (malecon) and access to world class deep sea fishing . There are many restaurants, cafes, artisan shops, grocery stores, banks, rental car agencies and taxis available. Sunday is market day in Loreto.

Loreto is in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur, catering mostly to travelers, with daily flights arriving at Loreto International Airport. Many of the Tourists enjoy fishing in “pangas”. Local restaurants will even prepare the daily catch of the tourists. Loreto has an excellent museum alongside the active historic Mission.

You may wish to take a trip to the Mission of San Javier high up in the mountains behind Loreto.
20 minutes South is Puerto Escondido with water front bar, restaurant and a modern Marina. Enroute don't miss the fish tacos and ceviche at the small waterfont restaurant.
Longer day trips might include the oasis town of Mulege, or San Ignacio and trips to the grey whale birthing laguna. La Paz to the South is a vibrant city with lots to see and do.
