When you walk in, you will say 'wow' when you see the 1200 sq foot living room with 15 foot high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of Hollywood. This room is as big as it looks in the pictures.
The state of the art spacious kitchen includes a large viking stove and all the tools you need to entertain and cook. A bar area looks into the kitchen and the living room has a 12 foot dining room table.
The bathrooms are all modern and recently upgraded with the finest materials. The master bathroom was featured on HGTV for its design and unique steam/bath/shower.
The bedrooms are over sized with space for additional queen size aero beds that we provide. The master bedroom includes a 10 foot HD projector TV screen viewable from the King size bed.
In addition to the 4000 sq foot living space, this house has over 1000 sq feet of porch space. The upstairs and downstairs porches both over look the pool and offer amazing views of Hollywood.
The pool is one of the largest you will find in the Hollywood Hills and is up to 9 feet deep and includes a waterfall from the large Jacuzzi. Next to the pool, there is also a bar area and BBQ. (An additional BBQ is on the upstairs porch)
Sunset Plaza is the most beautiful and fun section of the famous Sunset Blvd, and Sunset Plaza Drive is one of the most exclusive streets in the Hollywood Hills. This area is home to many celebrities.

We arrived and found things as we were told. But there was so much more than that. . . The views were great from every room. The smell coming off the garden just below this property was amazing. The house was big enough. The bathrooms had been remodeled. There were a ton of stairs . . . We rent often and all over the world. Our own private home is slightly bigger than this property so we were expecting a place like home. This home was dirty, someone like a maid did a fast job. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only problem we had with the maid. We paid for the cleaning lady to come mid week. She showed up early morning, opened the master bedroom door while we were dressing and demanded towels. She also demanded we not use baby powder. Being that no one had set out towels and we had to go find some we were frustrated. There were none in the bathrooms - only in a storage closet, not told to us, on the third floor down. No one had set out towels, there were no hand towels available and no wash cloths could be found, plus we had been in the swimming pool - we had gone through many towels. This upset the maid. She called the owner, who called to give us a hard time. YES - the maid called the owner and the owner called the family paying almost $5K for their stay to complain. During the conversation with my husband he said "this isn't a hotel." Oh, you are right - because my hotel would have been cleaned without hair on items, there would have been adequate towels, body soap available. You are right - this isn't a hotel. There also would not have been personal items left in a cabinet for guest to use in the bathroom . . . We were told we could clear out the fridge, told to do laundry before we leave, told of trash day and various other tasks as if I wasn't on vacation. The cleaning lady also didn't do dishes, change sheet or clean the bedroom on the top floor. Certainly, not a hotel. Outside of the way the owner & maid behaved the house was good. It was a good location for all we wanted to do. Great restaurants near buy - CHIN CHIN, Mel's, Ital joint at the bottom of the hill. Would we rent again - only if we had better information. We never expected to be treated this way or to have a maid create such a problem. I wish the home owners the best and hope this has been a learning experience for them. People out there do have homes larger than your home, expect good service and expect a clean home with maid service - just like a hotel!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
Owner response: We are glad you liked our house and the location of it, and that you had a nice stay. You mentioned that you were unhappy with the maid service. Like most VRBO owners , we do not provide free daily maid service and we state that clearly in our ad. We can provide maid service but for an additional charge. If you have requested a maid service, all your laundry and dishes would be cleaned but with the price you paid ,our cleaning service comes once a week and all she does is the cleaning of the house, changing of the sheets on all beds, and she does whatever else she can do in one day. For a large family, it would take an additional cleaning to get all your laundry and towels done especially because, as you stated you went to the pool daily and there were a lot of towels to be cleaned. We are happy to provide a daily cleaning service for an extra fee, so if you decide to come back to our house we would be happy to include a daily service. juts like a hotel would. We apologize for the misunderstanding. You also mentioned that you were offended because we asked you not to use baby powder. We have a 6 month old baby ourselves and we use baby powder and lots of it so we would never ask anyone not to use baby powder for their children. We only asked you to please be more careful so that the baby powder does not end up all over our hardwood floors. Our maid said that she had to spend hours cleaning baby powder from wood floors because it was between all the cracks inside the wood floor. She said that the baby powder was all over the living room floor, all over the bathroom floors and it took hours to scrub it off. We did not charge you for the extra time she had to spend for cleaning. We understand that it was not intentional on your part but we just asked you to be more careful. I am sorry you took this offensively but we do expect our guests to treat our house with care, just like they would their own.home. Thank you for your review and we will certainly be more careful about how we address any issues with our guests. We want everyone to have a wonderful time at our house and to feel comfortable. The property was in great shape and the location was amazing. The house was large and accommodated all my needs. There is a great pool and outdoor entertaining area. This place works well for a family spot or a weekend getaway for the guy/girls. Last but not least the views where spectacular form the upper deck. The owners where easy to work with and had all the information I in need to make my stay easy.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Stayed here with 9 colleagues in June this year. The house is very clean and comfortable. The living room is extremely big and very chill to hang out. Also, the pool is very relaxed. There are enough bedrooms and showers for large groups. We very much enjoyed our stay here and loved the bbq's and balcony's. We loved the pinball machine and nailed the record. The only concerns I had that the pool is in the shade during the evenings and the fact that we got a ticked for parking on the wrong side of the road. Don't do that!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: There is a 2 car garage and lots of street parking, but only on one side of the street :) In the summer, you have sun from 8AM to 6PM. thanks!

About the owner: My name is Maya and my husband is Dave. We have been married for 2 years. We love to travel to Europe and we are excited to share our house with people who enjoy luxury living like us, while we are gone. We plan to travel 2 to 3 months every summer and we would like to travel for a month in December or January and a month in March as well. Or let us know when you want to come, maybe we can make it work. We love to go skiing, tropical vacations, wine tasting, and visit family ! We will do everything to accommodate our guests, and make sure that they are comfortable and happy. Please let us know if you have any questions we are always here for you, or our property manager. The Unique Benefits at this House:
This house is very private and no one can see into the house or the pool area. At the same time it feels very open because every level opens up to the Hollywood Hills views. This is a multi level house and three of the bedroom are on a separate floors.( two share the same floor). This gives maximum amount of privacy for bedrooms. This estate is walking distance to Sunset Strip where many of the hippest restaurants and shopping stores are located.
