“Respiro Di Cielo” ...'BREATH OF HEAVEN' is only 70 steps from the beach walkover, 15 steps from the East Pool which has a patio that overlooks Lake Carillon. It is located in exclusive Carillon Beach, which has been featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living magazines. Carillon is a gated, luxury, family-friendly community on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach where Front Beach Road and US Highway 98 meet. Carillon is just across the bridge from where 30A begins (2 miles from Rosemary Beach, 7 miles from Seaside/Watercolor). The entire Carillon Community is on the beachside of HWY 98, so no crossing the highway to get to the beach. Carillon offers a safe, relaxing vacation with 24 hour staffed Gate and security patrols.
'BREATH OF HEAVEN' is a beautiful, two-story, custom built home with expansive porches. It has over 4600 sq. ft. under roof (2,800 heated/cooled, 1,800 in covered porches), as well as a back patio with outdoor shower and grill area, and balcony off the master bedroom which overlooks the pool and Lake Carillon. Built on an oversized corner lot, this home has views of the pool, lake, and the gulf. The close proximity to the beach, pool, and lake make this property the perfect location for a family vacation. It is also conveniently located at the east end of Lakefront Drive, so Downtown Carillon is only a few houses away. There is little traffic on this end of Lakefront Dr. since Downtown is not accessible to cars from this direction. The driveway provides off-street parking for 3 cars, (the garage, if rented in addition to the house, provides parking for 1 car, jet ski, or trailer etc.), and the corner lot offers more parking for at least 4 more cars if needed.
The house offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 2 family rooms, beautiful dark washed pine flooring throughout, granite/travertine baths, custom cabinets and woodwork, 8ft. solid interior doors, extra insulation for privacy, 10 foot ceilings or 12 ft. cathedral ceilings, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, and windows everywhere!
Two bedrooms and a living area with sofa sleeper are located on the first floor of the home along with the large laundry room. Each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom, and both walk out to a large covered porch. The porch has a bed suspended from the ceiling for those who prefer to sleep/relax “one-with-nature”. These bedrooms are all equipped with flat screen TV's. A baby crib is located in a hallway area that has curtains to separate it from the family room/front entrance and hallway that leads to the two bedrooms, laundry room, and back entrance.
The main living area of the home is on the second floor to better capture the great views of the pool, lake, and gulf. The second floor can be accessed by either of two sets of stairs, one at the front entrance, and one at the back entrance. The master bedroom with balcony, living area, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and large covered porch can all be found on the second floor. The open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and large porch offers a great space for a family to gather together without being crowded, yet the home still offers an extra family room on the first floor! The master bedroom is down a hallway for more privacy and offers a spacious bath that has a jetted tub and toilet separate from the double vanity and closet. You can shower, or dress in this area without disturbing others who are sleeping.
The third floor tower bedroom offers a panoramic view of the Carillon area. It has a bunk bed with extra-long mattresses. The top bed is easily accessed by stairs, not a ladder. It’s a great space for kids, but suitable for adults as well.
For an additional $400.00 charge, a 'Garage Package' is also available and includes a golf cart, 5 adult bikes, and 4 children’s bikes, beach/pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, rafts, boogie boards, and a second washer/dryer.
THERE IS A SECOND FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT ABOVE THE GARAGE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.

If you are looking for a beautiful and comfy home across the street from the pool and steps from the beach then this is the place to stay Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in the spacious home that has all the bells and whistles. The location couldn't have been better-- the pool was in our very front door and the beach was right around the corner. The beach was well kept and not too crowded considering it was during the 4th of July week. The kids enjoyed snorkeling, boogie boarding, and the sandbar!Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

We chose this quiet, corner lot on the east end of Carillon as our “Breath of Heaven” because it was so close to the beach walkover, the pool, access to the lake, and Downtown Carillon. Also, close to all the shopping, restaurants, movies and other entertainment we enjoy.
(THE HOUSE IS NOT LOCATED EXACTLY WHERE THE GREEN ICON ON THE SATELLITE/HYBRID MAPS SHOW. IT IS ACTUALLY ONE BLOCK OVER, ON THE CORNER OF LAKEFRONT DRIVE AND BEACHSIDE GARDENS (NOT BEACHSIDE DRIVE) If you find the pool, go to the fence on the right side of the pool, it is directly in front of the house, which is just across the street. It is the large, corner house showing 5 rooflines and a garage/driveway off Beachside Gardens.
