It is only 10-30 minutes from 6 major ski resorts, and within 5 minutes of a vast array of goods and services: restaurants, shopping centers, outlet mall, tennis, movie theater, amphitheater, bowling, bus stops, etc.. This second-floor unit is one of 98 in a complex that received a national architectural award when constructed. This condo is especially convenient as it's directly over the heated pool, sauna, hot tub, laundry, and covered 2-car parking facility. Most winter and summer activities are readily available.

Cancellation & Keys: If cancellation is made more than 30 days before occupancy, 10% of fee paid will be retained. If cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before occupancy, 25% will be retained. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, 50% will be retained. Personal checks are acceptable for payment of rental and security deposit. Visa & Master credit card arrangements are available with a charge of 2% of rental charge. All reservations for 'Holidays' must be received 15 days before the effective date. A Key Lock Box is near the entry door and the code will be sent after the payments are received.

Misc. Other summer activities are primarily hiking and cycling. The trails are numerous but generally require car transportation. The bike path is at the end of the building, going to all of the slope areas. Bicycles are for rent 3 blocks away. Boats can be rented at the Marina, one black away. There are many summer activities at the Amphitheater, and also a Sunday church program. Our condo is family owned. We treat it like our home and hope that you will like the facility and help take care of it. Keys available iin keylock on entry door frame. Others just inside.l

                Queen beds have new Beauty-rest mattresses. The master BR opens onto a private deck. The living room and master BR have televisions with DVDs. The master BR has a private bath with shower. The other two bedrooms share a bath with a tub-shower. A queen size sofa bed is in the living room. Both bathrooms have heat lamps. From the covered 2- car parking space, the near door opens to the swimming pool-hot tub area. Stairs to the second floor are covered. Individual room controlled electrical heat. The living room and master BR open to the covered deck where the gas grill is located and wood stored. There is a rock covered wall with an enclosed wood burning fireplace in the living area. The entry hall has space for skis and boots. Washer & Dryer available in the garage area a few steps from where the cars are parked....morecollapse

                        Our condo is located in central Dillon, just 90 miles west of Denver on I 70, 1mile south of the intersection of HW's 6 and 70. Driving directions: About 7.7 miles W of Eisenhower Tunnel take the Silverthorne exit. Turn L on HW 6, going under HW 70. Go up the hill to the sixth stop light. Turn R on Lake Dillon Drive. Turn L (one block) onto Tenderfoot Street. Take the 1st R (3 block distance) onto La Bonte Street. Our condo is Unit 124, 210 La Bonte in the 1st of 4 brown buildings, about a 5 block distance. The left turn is back along the street, and then right to the middle of the building, parking labeled 124 above the space, where the parking is under the building....morecollapse
