  This is the best property in Rosemary Beach and Rosemary is my favorite location on the entire Gulf! The location is exceptional as well - quiet, beautiful yard, convenient, perfect in every way. The house is a masterpiece of design reflecting exquisite taste, offering every imaginable amenity. The Nuvo Sound System is fabulous. The owners have created a whole that exceeds the sum of its parts and 30A Escapes is hands down the most professional and responsive management group in South Walton. The pictures are a modest suggestion of the beauty of "Timeless".

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  What a beautiful place "Timeless" is. We usually stay at Seaside and this was a breath of fresh air. Brand new home with all you would need for a great vaca..from the comfort of the sheets to the elaborate finishes in the home. The kitchen was our mainstay and it lacks nothing and oh how great the bar area is with our fav item "the ice maker"!! We will be back. Thank you for such a gorgeous place to stay and unwind! The beach is just a short beautiful stroll through the community..well worth the walk!

  We might have been the very first people to stay at Timeless. It is fantastic! Upon our arrival, we were surprised by the level of personality in the house-it didn't feel like a rental house at all. The decor was beautiful-not "beachy" but modern, upscale and comfortable. The furniture looks high end. The accessories are perfect. All the glassware and utensils were high quality. The owners really thought out every detail. The kitchen has an ENORMOUS island that is great for entertaining. The stove and refrigerator are fabulous. This is definitely a "cook's" kitchen. The bar area between the dining and living room has an ice maker that was so convenient. There are balconies off all the bedrooms that are great to sit on in the evening. I loved the "Juliet" balcony off the master bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and again, high end. The bathrooms are marble and just beautiful. We walked everywhere. It was no problem walking to dinner and back-maybe five minutes total. This particular area of Rosemary Beach is very quiet. The house has a really big back yard that is very private. Also, there is a nice carriage house above the garage that is REALLY great when you want time away from everyone else. The large bath in the carriage house is marble too. The kitchen area had everything we needed down to a rasp for lemon zest. We will definitely stay at Timeless again!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Timeless. The owners of TImeless put thought into every detail. The Nuvo audio system was incredible....the interior was very comfortable and inviting....the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and fresh....and the outside living was even better with lots of room for guests and families. We definitely would have liked to have stayed longer. Look forward to returning to Rosemary soon.

  All I can say is WOW. I've been in several Rosemary Beach homes and this one is one of the best. The owners did a fabulous job building, furnishing, and decorating Timeless. This is the ideal Rosemary Beach getaway for families and couples. No expense was spared.
