  Best Villa Ever, you get valuta for your stay,easy to find places around you you can travel with family and friends. I have rent it lot of different villa around Orlando,but his is my favorite,good communication,clean and you can trust owner 100%. II Recommend it to everybody. All ready rent twice :-D :-D / Mari

  My Family stayed at the villa in March this year, I must say that we were very impressed with the Villa and the service that both the Owner and His Villa Management Company provided. We have been going to Florida since Dec 2000, this was our 14th Trip, I have always stayed at Villas, after initially booking Holiday packages for the first few trips and having a varied quality of Villa, we decided to book everything individually ourselves, as we would then have some control over the location and type of Villa we would rent. I can honestly say that this villa represents one of the best that we have stayed at, the accommodation, Furniture, inclusion of Broadband have been top quality. Having enjoyed our Stay in March 2011 so much, I have now booked another two stays with Carl.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  I love it was Excellent, everything was good,the place,cleaning,shooping,disney, universal,food places if the where something wrong you can call them and they are ther for you,this is my best and favort renting home i have ever been to so EXCELLENT 1000 STAR,going to recommand all my friends to rent this apartment .lOve it love it

  Brillant Villa well equipped,clean,tidy. Great location We recommend this Villa to everyone. A 1st Class Villa. We would stay here again, hopefully in the near future.Eight adults stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. Thanks Paul......... Macklin/Standens - Ireland+England

  We have just returned home from after staying in what we can only describe as one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. The villa had everything we needed, beautifully clean & we all loved the pool which we used a lot. The villa is very tastefully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Villa was near all attractions with only a short drive to Disney. We are frequent visitors to Orlando & this is the nicest villa we have stayed in. I would recommend it anyone. Lastly, booking procedure was excellent, no problems whatsoever & the owner was extremely helpful. Book this Villa & you won't be disappointed !

  After reading previous review was a little anxious about our vacation but soon found that in our opinion this was an excellent villa with everything we needed. All was in good working order and clean. The pool was loved by the kids and was frequently used. Villa could easily accommodate two large families and entertainment systems had plenty of channels to choose from. We are frequent visitors to Orlando and have stayed at various villas in our time. We would not hesitate to recommend this to our friends or or consider staying here again in the future.

  Somewhat disappointing. Hornets made getting to front door challenging.Once inside carpet was badly stained,Found pretzel bits all over floor upstairs. purchased plastic plates as dishes were unclean and no toilet paper,cleaners or paper towels on property.Tv's were old fashioned and remotes had dead batteries except one. Stove top was unclean and had to adjust 2 toilets as they kept running. The advertised grill was a $10.00 Walmart special. Management company did not respond to 2 calls. Owner needs to discuss property condition w/management company. Stayed in Calabay Parc many times, but will not return to this villa!

  Owner response: I am very disappointed that one of our guests has had to suffer in this manner. We do not live in the USA and therefore we entrust a Property Management Company to ensure that the property is well maintained and provides guests with everything that they need. This level of service is totally unacceptable and my biggest regret is that it was a guest who encountered this and not ourselves. I always provide guest with my personal contact details so that I can assist with anything - unfortunately this guest did not take this option. My wife will be travelling to the US tomorrow to rectify this situation - this means we will have to find a new management company!!! My sincere apologies - please contact me via email as I would like to make amends.

  Lovely villa, beautifully furnished to highest standard, most importantly, the beds were all very comfortable! Well equipped with crockery/cutlery/utensils. Plenty of pool furniture, and pool heating was perfect (not to mention necessary, as we were there early April). Our party consisted of 6 adults and 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14. Slight problem with plumbing (water too hot upstairs!) but now that the management company has been made aware, it will be adjusted. Very handy to I4 for all the attractions / shopping outlets; Publix 5 mins down the road; Walmart 15 mins in either direction. Nice quiet estate. Would definitely book again.
