We now have 2 of these units, anything marked tentative on the calendar is booked for one of the units but the other is still open.
Enjoy our six bedroom, six bathroom waterfront condominium at The Pointe in Mariners Landing on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. Our condo sleeps 14, with 6 queen size beds and two pull out sofas that sleeps one each. The kitchens are fully-stocked with utensils and cookware. Linens are provided.
This is actually 4 condos put together. 2 studios and 2-2bedrooms. They are all together and when one door is shut and the front doors of the condos are opened the 4 become 1. Because of this there are 2 full kitchens, 2 mini kitchens. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are 2 living rooms, 2 indoor eating areas and 2 gas fireplaces. The 2 deck/balconies can either be separated or opened to each other. The deck/balconies have tables and chairs and can either be closed in by glass or you can open the glass all the way and enjoy the fresh air. The balconies overlook the lake with the mountains in the background. There is a tv in each bedroom and each living room.
Our guests enjoy the community amenities in Mariners Landing. Pools, beaches, game room with simulator and xbox setups, tennis courts, volleyball courts, fishing piers, and boat ramp!
Mariner's Landing is also home to an 18 hole golf course.
