Get away from it all and enjoy our comfortable, relaxing home with big water views on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Relax on the covered porch with a drink and your loved ones while overlooking the lake. Our home is great for families or couples wanting to escape the pressures of everyday life. Spend the days fishing, swimming, boating or canoeing. The large dock is ideal for your boat or jet ski.
Our professionally decorated cottage offers all the amenities for your next vacation. All linens are provided. The master bedroom hosts a king bed, the second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and is great for kids. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bring your boat and/or jet skis. The Georgia Power Boat ramp is nearby. The property features over an acre of land and has a bonfire pit for evening campfires. The home is secluded off Lake Sinclair Road so you will enjoy lots of privacy and the star gazing is incredible.

The home was wonderful! Very clean and neat. Loved the decorations. Grandbabies loved playing in the yard and catching fish off the dock. The porch was perfect for watching the sun come up every morning. Master bedroom was beautiful. Do not use your GPS. Directions from Augusta or Atlanta would be helpful.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Warm and inviting house with outstanding view of the lake. Hugh master bath with big walk-in closet. The porch off back of the house was great for hanging out and watching the lake.House was clean and well maintained. Make sure you get very specific instructions on how to get there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: Our family chose Lake Sinclair because of the relatively low boat traffic and because the lake always full. Our boys have grown up at the lake, from little ones swimming and jumping off the dock to teenagers riding jet skiis and skiing around the lake. Our family lives on the northside of Atlanta, we relax the minute we hit Lake Sinclair Drive. We wanted a place for our boys to discover nature, fish, swim, ski, tube, have fun playing together and talking to their parents. Therefore, we have 2 tv's with dvd players, a video library, lots of boardgames to enjoy, but no cable or satellite.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
We enjoy swimming, boating, tubing, and fishing at our home. The fishing is great off our dock, many local fishermen come to our area for the great catches. In the evenings we roast marshmallows in the bonfire ring and view the best star show we have ever seen.
