Lake Powell is located on the premises with a boat dock for fishing! When you are tired of fishing, play a few sets of tennis on one of the 4 newly renovated lighted tennis courts, then follow up with a swim in one of two beautiful pools...one of them heated! Your children can play on the playground while you cook your burgers on the charcoal grill under the covered picnic area.
Pinnacle Port is a quiet gated community that caters to those wanting a peaceful vacation but close enough to LOTS of activity when needed! The new Pier Park is just 15-20 minutes down the road with all the shops, movie theaters and restaurants you could want! Drive the other direction and within 3 minutes you are on scenic 30-A with more to do than you will ever have time for! Drive just 30 minutes and you will find yourself shopping in the Sandestin Outlet Mall!

I have been coming to PP (Pinnacle Port) since 2005 and have never left. I love this place, 26 acres gated community, quiet west end of the beach, room to get out when you don't want to go anywhere, walk on the beach, parking lot, or sidewalks, seating/swings everywhere or just be outside and meet people. Just say, "hi, where are you from", and you've started a conversation. I have stayed from 1 mo. to 5 mo. each year since I first visited PP. I contacted Jenny last year thru a friend"s referral. She has been great and gone out of her way to make sure everything was more than satisfactory. This condo is a home away from home. It's in the preferred C3 bldg., 3 BR, 3 "full" BA, wireless internet, closest to Phillips Inlet connecting (at times) Lake Powell with the Gulf, and wrap around balcony. This unit is clean, decorated beautifully, and kept up to date. These things are very important to me as I stay for extended periods. I will rent this unit from Jenny as long as I can get reservations.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My parents first purchased a two bedroom unit at Pinnacle Port in 1978. It was everything they were looking for in a family vacation home...pools, tennis courts, beautiful beachs and a gulf front balcony view! As the family grew, they decided they needed more room so they sold their two bedroom unit and purchased a 3 bedroom unit. We still overflowed it but have tons of great memories! Its the perfect place to get away from the world and relax!!
Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port:
We are from Alabama so this location is perfect! It is also now located only 20 minutes from the new Northwest Florida Airport!
