Come on in and enjoy Bluebird cabin! A warm, cozy, newly built home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located in a private gated community with access to 2 private lakes, beach area for swimming, walking trails, and river access for tubing or fishing. Picnic at Waterfall Park or take the kids to the Old Swimming Hole on the Rocky Broad River.
Bluebird has a great covered porch at the front of the cabin, complete with a wood swing and rocking chairs to enjoy the wonderful North Carolina evenings. Bluebird’s master bedroom has queen bed with private bath and French doors to outside deck with awesome winter mountain views. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Bluebird offers a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and high efficiency washer/dryer. A door from the kitchen will lead you on to the back deck to enjoy the morning sun. A gas grill is also provided. There is a flat panel TV with Direct TV in the main living area and the master bedroom. Bluebird is also pet friendly with a fenced in yard so your pet can enjoy their vacation also!
Close to restaurants, swimming, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and golf course. Chimney Rock State Park, Hendersonville and Asheville are also near by. Bluebird is simply a great vacation home!

Our first time visiting Lake Lure. We had a wonderful time on our Christmas vacation! We also appreciated that the owners had taken the time to decorate for the holidays. The log cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed several meals in the home. The house is a short drive to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. It took us about 45 mins to get to Asheville and Grandfather Mountain. There was so much to do around us that sometimes we were out all day! We could have spent an entire other week just lounging around the beautiful porch. We will surely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
