This family-friendly and immaculate home boasts an open main level with living/dining space, a renovated kitchen, and main level queen bedroom. This versatile floor plan includes a 2nd floor with master suite (queen) with oceanfront views and two additional well-appointed bedrooms (king, full/twin). Other features include designer décor, new furniture in every room, and shining hardwood floors throughout,. The kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, brand new appliances, and is well stocked with every gadget and utensil needed to prepare large meals or accommodate take-out from the many restaurants on the island.
Sit on the covered deck and watch the sun rise and set over the sparkling water. The house is positioned closer to the dunes and ocean than the neighboring houses for unobstructed views up and down the island. Watch the kids play on the beach from the deck or the many ocean-view windows in the house.
Enjoy an evening walk on the beach to multiple restaurants on the island serving fresh seafood, steaks and refreshing island drinks. Have dessert at the local ice cream shop before heading back for a relaxing night listing to the ocean surf.

We love our “home away from home,” and our family has spent many years enjoying all that Holden has to offer. We would love for you to choose to spend your vacation time at our property. Renting directly from the owner may be new to you (through VRBO), but we enjoy helping our renters plan the perfect vacation and that will exceed your expectations.

We were very impressed with this property and have recommended it to many of our friends since staying there this summer. It was our first trip to Holden Beach and we will be returning and staying in this property again. You can't find a closer spot to the beach and the house was furnished beautifully. The owners were very attentive to any questions we had prior to arriving and provided tons of information about the area - what to see, where to go, etc.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We have been going to Holden Beach for over 10 years and we love it there. The family oriented atmosphere and the lack of hustle and bustle is what brings us back year after year. The beach is sprawling and great to let the kids run wildly. This was our first stay at this house and I can say with out a doubt it was one of the nicest, most up-to-date houses we have stayed in, in all the years we have been visiting Holden Beach. Our stay at this house was very comfortable and relaxing. It was stocked with all the essentials and a little bit more. It is a VERY short walk to the beach, 20 steps, maybe. I would recommend this house to anyone with out any hesitation and would definitely consider staying there again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family of four stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED it! Such a charming home with beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings, and everything you need to feel right at home. The owners have done a wonderful job renovating this ocean front home and making it feel warm and inviting... I did NOT want to leave! We spent our days on the beach, which was an easy walk right out the back door... and our nights rocking on the back porch, breathing in that good ole NC beach air and listening to the waves. It was heavenly, truly heavenly! This is the place for us and we can not wait to return to Holden as well as to this lovely home. The owners were wonderful to work with as well - you won't find anyone more accommodating or personable or genuinely concerned with making sure everything goes smoothly with your stay. My husband and I highly recommend this house for your next Holden Beach vacation!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We can't say enough about our experience at this house. There were 10 of us and we ALL loved our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, SPOTLESS and right on the beach. Everything we (as picky travelers) could ask for and MORE! We highly recommend this property! The owners were so easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely rent from them again in the future and tell anyone else that is looking for a place to stay at Holden Beach. Perfect beach summer vacation. This is a beautifully decorated beach front home!! We have been vacationing at Holden Beach for the last 4 years and this was the first time we stayed in this home and hope to use it again. The owners are a delight to work with, which makes it all the better!!! The beach view is amazing. The home is everything the pictures show it to be. Do not be afraid to rent this home from VRBO. Everything that is presented is everything you get and more.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed at Supply and Demand over the week of July 4th and were elated with our experience. This was my first time using VRBO instead of a vacation property management service and I doubt I will ever go back. Initially, I was concerned about renting half of a duplex since you never know what you are going to get on the other side, but the owners were very accommodating with my concerns and our neighbors turned out to be respectful, pleasant, incredible people. I don't see this as being a concern for anyone. The owners of this home were so helpful and provided incredible service. Prior to our trip, they were very patient with my many questions. Upon our arrival at the house, we found a beautiful care package and all the information we needed to get started. The house itself is perfectly kept, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It isn't too much or too little, it is just right for a relaxing beach front experience. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable and all of the necessary amenities were there. We tried several restaurants while we were in Holden and Inlet View was by far the best, despite the fact that it is a 20-30 minute drive. Also, we got an Italian Ice from Sunset Slush almost every day - YUM! I truly felt like a close family friend was sharing their home with me for a week and look forward to renting Supply and Demand in the future.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This place is definitely a gem! We really didn't want to leave. There is no other word for the view except spectacular, and the house is a wonderful combination of charm and comfort, not to mention the fact, that the owners are very attentive and a pleasure to work with! We definitely plan on coming back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this home. It is spacious and beautifully and tastefully decorated / furnished. The kitchen has e v e r y t h i n g you could possibly need and all new. The beach is practically right out the back door , so nice n o t to have a long walk. We had an issue with the a/c, but it was quickly attended to. Owners were always available and helpful. I would definitely recommend! I do not know much about activities, restaurants, and attractions as we were participating in wedding festivities. This, along with our short stay did not allow us to wander to far away. Love the quiet area and and uncrowded beach....Recommended for: Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
