  Our family had an awesome time the week we spent at Holden Beach. This house is all-around perfect! Perfectly located on the island. Perfectly clean. Perfect beach accessibility. Not one down-side to it. And the owners couldn't possibly be any more accommodating. Next time we visit Holden Beach, we know we will be staying here.

  We recently rented this house for our family vacation and had a wonderful time. The house was neat, clean and newly renovated. The attention to detail was noticable. Unlike other houses we've rented where the kitchen is stocked with a bunch of mix & match supplies and you can never find what you need this house was perfectly stocked. Kodus to the owners! We'll rent again.

  My family and I just returned from a week's vacation here. It was everything the listing states and then some! I am an annual beach bum and living in such comfort, cleanliness, and so close to the water made for a perfect family vacation. For the first time in years, I was unable to get out in the sun but I was able to watch my grandbabies enjoy each day on the ocean right from the house! Don't worry about anything for the kitchen except your groceries...if you need it, it's there. Looking forward to returning next year! Feel blessed to have had the opportunity to spend our vacation here!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Supply & Demand this summer. The house was the perfect size and super clean (and I'm admittedly a hard customer to please on rentals). I loved that there were area rugs but hardwoods throughout, which I think is critical for comfort and cleanliness. The overall attention to detail in both the decor and the amenities (including kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc.) was exceptional, and the owners a delight to work with. The location is also great - close to the bridge for easy access to restaurants, grocery, ice cream, etc. but absolutely not TOO close, which was a question I had before we booked our stay. Definitely recommend this house for a great vacation at a fantastic beach.

  My wife and family stayed here for a week in july of 2012, the house was perfect in every way. everything we needed was at our finger tips. closest house to the beach i seen and well maintained. we had an excellenat time and are planing on coming back in 2013. i have been coming to mytrle beach for 30 years and i will start coming to holden beach from now on. less people and family atmosphere. we had plenty of room on beach to do what ever we wanted and did not have to fight for a spot every day.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We really can't say enough about this place! Just returned from a WONDERFUL Holden Beach vacation...our first to the island, but certainly not our last...and wouldn't stay anywhere else! Being a very particular person, I've yet to rent a place that ticked all the "boxes", until now. Beautiful, comfortable furniture in every room. CLEAN. The views of the beach are amazing...and the porch is just steps from sitting on it yourself! The owners were so great to work with and have thought of everything...feeding ourselves and the kids, we didn't reach for anything that wasn't there. I almost hate to say more because I'd like to keep it our "secret"...but I guess we'll have to "share" :)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  The home was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Very clean. The property was conveniently located on the island. Nothing like the beach and ocean out your back door! We loved it! The owners were extremely accomodating and worked around our time frame for our short stay for a family wedding. We would recommend it highly and look forward to a return trip when we can stay longer! Thanks Jason and Elizabeth.

  My family and I spent a long weekend in this lovely home. Everything was extremely clean. The decor is wonderful and the furniture very comfortable. As for the view, You could not be any closer to the ocean. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again.

  We had an amazing time in Holden Beach, it was the best family vacation yet. I have always had a hard time finding a vacation rental because they always seem way too expensive, have dated decor, or haven't been well kept. This property has the best of everything, the owners spared no expense in furnishings, decor, or upkeep. Everything exceeded my expectations! Elizabeth one of the owners was easy to reach and replied quickly by email. She was also very kind to help us kind a kennel for our dog. There is a manual in the home where they have taken the time to outline any questions about the home. The views are amazing and it was a real treat for the kids to walk down one set of steps and have an area to play in the sand. We are already thinking about coming back next year, we finally found a place worth coming back to.
