This newly built 3 bedroom custom home is located in the town of Telluride. Walk to everything in town including town park, main street and the gondola. Sleeps 8.
North Willow is a newly constructed private home set on North Willow Street in the town of Telluride. With commanding views over the town and the surrounding mountains, this beautiful home is a wonderful family vacation rental during winter or summer.
You enter the home on the middle level which is where all 3 bedrooms are located. On the left as you enter are two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Further along the hallway is an open office space with a desk and a window looking towards the ski hill. At the end of the hallway is the king master suite which has a king sized bed and a private deck. The king master en suite has a large free standing tub and a steam shower.
On the upper level of the home is a stylish, open plan living area. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. On the east end of the great room is a dining table and a deck with a hot tub. On the west end of the great room is a lounge area with an over sized L shaped sofa and a contemporary gas fireplace. There is also a deck off the west end with a table, chairs and deck longe chairs.
On the lower level of the home is a flex room with a sleeper sofa, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a combined tub/shower. You can also access the garage from this level. The owner keeps a vehicle in the garage but there is designated parking for 2 vehicles at this home (one in the front and one in the back).
