Villa Diana is our new own holiday home, a bright fully air-conditioned home, a luxurious accommodation in one single story with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with private pool, situated in the very peaceful and beautiful community of Vizcay. It is 12 minutes away from the attractions of Disney World and less than an hour's drive to the beautiful Florida beaches of Tampa and Daytona.
The villa is spacious enough for the largest of families (or two families) accommodating up to 9 people comfortably in its four bedrooms for less than you pay for a hotel and with privacy and amenities of this villa you will have a much better time.
This is our own luxurious holiday home - not your usual vacation home furnishings! With all furnishings and decor, beddings, appliances, tvs, laundry, wood floor, game room, all brand new as of December 2011, villa Diana is our beautiful vacation rental home.
Our home is elegant furnished and decorated, modern equipped to a very high standard with everything you will need to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay in Florida.
• the TWO MASTER BEDROOMS have one king and one queen bed, respectively, are equipped with 32 inch LCD tv’s with SMART Blu-ray/dvd player where you can watch local channels and enjoy movies on NETFLIX and Youtube video (all subscriptions are paid for, no extra costs incurred).
• both master bedrooms have their own EN-SUITE BATHROOMS with a tub, walk in shower and his and her sinks. In addition, the master bedrooms are isolated from the large living area allowing for more privacy
• specifically the king master bedroom has a beautiful walk-out to the pool, where you can enjoy the view sitting in bed and watch the kids play in the pool without any worry.
• the third bedroom has a double bed (2 people) and the fourth bedroom has two twin (1 person) beds fitting perfectly for children or single guests. These two bedrooms share a washroom equipped with walk-in shower.
• DOUBLE room has a 32' LED HDTV with Sony PS 3 console and 2 controllers, charge station and remote
• all bedrooms have HIGH-QUALITY MATRESSES so you can rest better and enjoy your vacation to the fullest, along with walk-in closets and furniture to store your things.
The large and open-concept FAMILY room with its vaulted ceiling and large sliding doors with direct access to the pool make the interior light, spacious and airy. This is ideal for the whole family to relax together with a 55-inch LCD HDTV, smart Blu-ray/dvd player, and sound system (access to ipod) and oversee the kids playing in the pool. Together with the large couch accommodating 8 people, you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy for a perfect getaway in the Florida sun.

The formal living room and dining room offer additional space and have modern and elegant furniture seating for a large group of people (8).

For those who like to COOK on holiday, there is a fully equipped KITCHEN with microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water filter, toaster, cooking pans/pots, cutlery set and breakfast counter for sitting of 2 people. For those who don't, there is a selection of restaurants nearby.
Stepping outside, the guest is treated to the spacious deck area with an extra large southwest facing PRIVATE POOL and no rear neighbors to restrict your privacy with all day sun on the pool and spectacular sunset views. The deck is also fully screened to keep away all insects and animals leaving you free of worry to enjoy your relaxing time by the pool.
The pool is equipped with underwater lighting for your nighttime pleasure optional heating is available when requested. Also high quality patio furniture is provided for you to relax around the pool and it enjoys the villa. Fencing around the pool is available at your need to protect small children from danger.
Not too many of all villas in Orlando have the combination of southwest pool exposure and NO REAR NEIGHBOURS and it makes a huge difference to your enjoyment of the villa. Our villa is one of the few that can offer this advantage.

There is always an element of uncertainty when you book a villa for the first time but Villa Diana was a VERY pleasant surprise. The villa is clean, modern, spacious and has all the home comforts you need on holiday. The pool and patio area are quite private and benefit from the sunset which is great for enjoying an evening drink after a busy day at the theme parks. We had the pool heated which made evening swimming very comfortable - the pool lights and outside lighting create a great atmosphere. The kitchen was very well equipped for home cooking which was a nice alternative to eating out. The garage had a pool table and table tennis table which was a great hit with the kids, it was like their own little den. The location was great, close to highway 27 which made getting around very straight forward. Lots of supermarkets and shops nearby. Parks approx 20 - 30 mins drive away. The owner and management were very proffessional, from booking the villa to help during our stay we were looked after well. Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Villa Diana. The villa was lovely and clean and with every home comfort you would need. The decor was stylish and the layout was perfect for 2 families. The pool area was relatively un-overlooked and was perfect in the evening as the sun set over the back of the house - this was ideal to enjoy the last rays of sunshine after a busy day at the theme parks. The kids loved the pool and also the table tennis in the garage was a real bonus. The villa is well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants etc and not far from highway 27 which made getting around very straight forward. Journey time to parks was about 20-30mins (depending on the park). We were very sad to leave and will definitely book this villa again on our next visit to Orlando. Booking was very easy - communication with the villa owner was very responsive and upon our arrival the maintenance man came to check that everything was ok and answer any questions for us. Villa Diana exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean and is beautifully decorated with spacious living space, bedrooms, walk-in closets, bathrooms, 2 whirlpools and 3 showers The sunny pool, gas grill and multiple amenities were enjoyed by all. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to theme parks and a variety of dining options. The owner and host were extremely hospitable and did check in with us to see if they could be of assistance and did answer questions promptly. We are looking forward to coming back next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Villa DIANA exceeded our expectations, we would recommend this villa to anyone. It was very clean and is beautifully decorated with spacious living space, bedrooms, walk in closets, bathrooms, two whirlpools and three showers. The sunny pool, gas grill and countless amenities were immensely enjoyed by all. The owner and host were very hospitable and responsive, they offered to assist in any way and did check in to see if there were any questions. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was such a nice vacation and the house itself is great!!!! The pictures from the website did not tell the whole truth... it´s better!!! Simone & I where on a real hunt to catch all the little (or big) details, wich You and Your team are paying attention to, for example the tastefull interior and furnishing with the hardwood laminat floors corresponding with all the "red spots", like the sofapillows or the kitchenclock, or the "Welcome Beer" not only from our Motherland but from my Hometown where we life, GREAT!!! (The Beck´s Brewery is only minutes away from our House!!!) Or for another example the lower screening on the pooldeck wich you can´t see through on the left and right side, or the yard with its trees and plants, or the kiesel-stones wich are framing the House, and so on and so on!!!! To make a long story short: We where amazed and we have had a great time and we are definetly coming back next year!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was a perfect house for our WDW vacation. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning before we left for the parks and the heated pool when we returned home. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and 3.5 baths! We had a great stay at Villa Diana. It was very close to all the attraction and was great for lounging around the private pool. The home was beautiful and clean just like the listing said, and we had no problems. All of us really liked your villa. It was very clean. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and pots and pans in great condition. The owner Michaela made our stay very relaxing and stress free. We needed nothing that was not already supplied. I do hope to visit your beautiful villa should I bring my family down to Orlando. At least again next year for our annual golf trip. Thanks again for providing a wonderful home away from home experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed at Villa Diana for fourteen days including Christmas. The house is well located within 20 mins (pending on traffic could be more) to the parks, easy access to Interstate 4, and close to plenty of shopping choices. The house is large, accommodating and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool is a great treat. We paid the extra $$$ per day for the heating of the pool and used it very often. The exception would be the 2 evenings the temperature dipped below 40 F and the pool was warm at best.
