Located in one of the few truly private beaches in El Salvador. The house sits 4 feet above the ocean, therefore you have a view of the ocean from anywhere in the house. The gardens and property itself is very well kept. There is a full time live in staff. Consisting of a cleaning lady and her husband who does odd jobs. If a cook is required we can provide you and excellent one for an extra fee of $25.00 daily. The same applies for a driver.
On the first floor in the living and dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and one full bathroom.
On the second floor, 4 rooms, including the master bedroom all fully furnished. The 4 rooms share 2 full bathrooms.
The swimming pool and the gazebo have an ocean view of 180º. There is also a changing room and a full bathroom by the pool.

Feb 1 - Nov 30 2012: $1540 per week upto 4 people (inc. children) 2 bedrooms. $2000 per week uypto 10 people (inc. children) 5 bedrooms. Dec 1 2012 to Jan 30 2013, $2000 per week, or $330 per day. (excluding holidays) 50% of rent is required to reserve desired dates. $50 one time cleaning fee. Rates are fixed and non-negotiable $200 refundable damage deposit.
