This fourth (top) floor unit, which has just been recently and beautifully refurbished inside and out (with more than $3 million in outside renovations!), has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The wide expanse of beach is only a short jaunt away - less than two minutes - over a private walkway. But one of the best features of the unit is its long balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the great room, and which directly overlooks the swimming pools. From the balcony, you can relax and enjoy long afternoons of soothing ocean sights and sounds, including the gentle calling of seagulls, waves lapping at the shore, and palms swaying in the breeze.
As for interior, the master bedroom is quite large. It has a king-size bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom next to the second bedroom. The dining area is located in the great room, but the kitchen - with its own outstanding ocean view - is separate and contains all appliances including a dishwasher and icemaker.
This unit is clean, comfortable, and completely furnished, including bath linens. The only things you need to bring are your own beach towels! This is simple and basic beach living with endless views of sand and surf!
St. Augustine is the nation’s oldest city, which means that you can explore its streets for special historical sites, fine restaurants, and unique shopping opportunities, including antiques and one-of-a-kind boutiques. There are also two large outlet malls close by for discount shopping. There are lots of activities here, too, including golf, horseback riding, and water sports of every kind. If you like the intrigue of St. Augustine’s history, then you can visit the Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th century fort, to learn more about the early days of the area.
