This Penthouse at Playa Grande is 3000 sq feet of absolute beauty. It is available October 13 - October 20, the week prior to to Bisby Fishing Tournament.
There are 3 bedrooms.
The Master Suite is very spacious and is on the opposite side as the 2 additional rooms. It has a King bed, jacuzzi tub, shower with a view, private toilet, double closets, locking safe, flat screen TV, air conditioned, huge sliding doors open up completely to an amazing view of Cabo, the Marina and Medano Beach.
Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, air conditioned, TV, private bath, locking safe and a view of the Pacific Ocean. Bedroom 3 also has 2 queen bed, air conditioned, TV, private bath, locking safe and a view of the Pacific Ocean.
The media room has a flat screen TV, sectional sofa w/chaise and a Murphy bed. Lots of room for hanging out. The kitchen is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher and coffee pot. There is a bar with barstools so the chef in you isn't alone for quick meals before you head out to the pool or beach or those late night snacks you're preparing! There are pots, pans, silverware, dishes and stemware for a chilled glass of wine to enjoy on the balcony.
The diningroom has a huge table that seats 10.....it's a great place to enjoy that Dorado that you got up at 4:30am to catch and bbque right on the balcony with all your friends and family. Play a game of domino's or some blackjack and have some cocktails late into the night!
The Balcony is a wonderful place to lay out in the Cabo sun and read a book, or take in the sites going on in the Marina. Bring a pair of binoculars and you can join the crazy happenings on Medano Beach right from your balcony!! The pool is inclusive to The Ridge guests and you must have a room key to get in. There is a super fun slide into the bottom pool that we always enjoy! Our inner child is sure to come out in Cabo!! Plenty of pool drinks and delicious food served all day, 2 hot tubs and 3 pools. Our favorite place to be in the evening is the private hot tub right outside looking over the city of lights! You can also spend the day at the pool on the Pacific side and enjoy games and take a walk on the beach toward Lovers Arch.
The room and the balcony are so spacious you will never feel crowded I promise! I hope you enjoy this space as much as we have! You will not want to go home and you will be planning your next trip while you are sitting on a lounge chair sipping a corona!!

About the owner: We are a married couple with 4 kids that loves Cabo! We have traveled to Cabo 19 times with our family, friends and alone...We love to travel and have been all over the world. But we keep going back to Cabo.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Grande:
We LOVE Cabo! Our penthouse has the BEST view in Cabo! We are a hop, skip and a jump to town, the Marina, the beach bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. The only time we cab it is when it's really, really hot! The Hotel is beautiful, staff is courteous, friendly and welcomes us like family. We love, love love the views!!
The Unique Benefits at this Hotel:
We love to bring our friends and share this beautiful 3000sq ft Penthouse. The minute we walk in is like "coming home"! We love the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, love watching the fishing boats go out and come back in with all their flags flying. The view from the other side is of the Marina. It's fun to watch the pelicans flying and the seals swimming around the marina. We watch all the Water Taxi's buzzing around all day! We can look down over our balcony and check out the pool happenings, listen to the music, or take a quick trip down the stairs and join in. Sitting in our Private hot tub with a margarita or a beer on our balcony is heaven. Our master suite opens up completely to the views of the Marina, Sea of Cortez and the fun and excitement of Cabo. The sliders open all the way by sliding into the walls...it's spectacular!! We love to open them at night and look at the stars! On a few nights they fire off fireworks on the beach! We have the perfect view of all of Cabo San Lucas! We are in Cabo the week prior to the Bisby Fishing Tournament, so there is lots of fishing and excitement in the Marina. If you love to fish and bring some in, we've got a barbeque right on our balcony, for a delicious meal and a good time! Good pair of binoculars will put you right in the middle of the beach parties at the Office or Mango Deck. There is great food on the property, great parties, fun volley ball, bingo, water aerobics, and a GYM! The Spa treatments are wonderful! This Penthouse is absolutely fabulous! Best vacations of our lives...
