This architecturally designed masterpiece was completed in January of this year and seamlessly blends the best of inside and outside living. From the moment you walk through the grand entrance pavilion and are greeted by your first view of the ocean you will know you have arrived at a very special place in Hawaii.
The home is 5000 square feet with covered lanais and the lower floor opens completely to the ocean using 4 sets of pocketing and sliding doors so that most of the beach facing walls simply disappear. The kitchen, entrance, great room and lower lanai all blend together giving you wonderful spaces in which to enjoy your stay. All this just steps to one of the most beautiful stretches of white sand beaches on the North Shore.
There are 2 master suites, one upstairs, one down. Both with king beds, sliding doors to the lanais, exceptional spa like bathrooms, walk in closets and 42' TV's. The upstairs suite has it's own washer and dryer which compliments the large laundry room on the main floor. The other two bedrooms also face the ocean with large sliding doors to the upper lanai and their own beautiful bathrooms. One of the rooms has a queen sized bed, the other has 2 twins that can be converted into a king.
The custom kitchen is done in mahogany and has top of the line Thermador appliances and a perfect layout for the gourmet cook in your group. There is a casual seating area at the kitchen island plus a grand teak dining table in the great room that seats 10 plus a table on the lanai - great for meals and games. The lanai also features plush outdoor chairs and sumptuous day bed, perfect for afternoon naps and staring directly into the barrels of V- Land.
The use of natural materials feature throughout the house including flagstone and merbau hardwood flooring, coral stone and honed travertine walls, mahogany kitchen and bathroom vanities, merbau doors and millwork, all of which is brought together seamlessly with the open air living. The house was designed to allow for cross ventilation by taking advantage of the cooling trades and has allowed us to eliminate the need for air conditioning. Solar roof vents and fans in every bedroom and main room help keep things cool so you can sleep peacefully and always enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
Directly in front of the house is one of the North Shores most beautiful and quiet beaches. You can walk for miles in both directions on the beautiful sand and you may be lucky enough to spot a nesting turtle or monk seal, both of which frequent this stretch of coast. From the lanais you will spot the whales on their annual migration playing in the deep waters just offshore of the reefs.
With the mellow Freddyland directly in front of the house and V-Land, Back Yards and Sunset just a short stroll down the beach, you're in the heart of the 7 Mile Miracle! Hop on a cruiser bike and you can check the surf all the way to Waimea. Once summer hits, the North Shore turns into a serene place, perfect for swimming and snorkelling, kayaking and more. Enjoy the 2 eighteen hole golf courses and horseback riding at the nearby Turtle Bay Resort and shopping and dining in historic Haleiwa town.

What an amazing property! The pictures do not come close... this home is just magnificent, with incredible attention to detail found in every room. Sitting directly on the North Shore, all rooms open to the ocean with huge glass doors that slide back into the walls. Open air living at its finest! The property manager could not have been nicer and more attentive. Every detail has been considered from the high end (large to small) appliances down to the endless supply of towels and linens. The large master soaking tub sitting right in front of the ocean was the cherry on the sundae of a perfect trip. If you love big surf, there's no greater place to be a spectator. We had 20-30 foot sets one day -- incredible to watch! All of the famous Hawaiian surf beaches (Banzai Pipeline, Sunset, Waimea Bay, etc) are incredibly close but we had plenty of surfing action right from our lanai. Turtle Bay Hilton is a 5 minute drive one direction, and the charming surf town of Haleiwa is about 8 miles in the other direction. It could not be more convenient! I cried when we had to leave... and I strongly recommend this vacation home to anyone lucky enough to visit Hawaii's North Shore.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Absolutely stunning home. We loved the beautiful, secluded and private beach. The spacious bedrooms offered total privacy, and comfort to our group of 8. Our most memorable moments are just lounging on the row of outdoor chairs in the lanai, gazing at the beautiful views (sunsets, surfers, etc.) Our favorite feature to this very upscale house is the main floor sliding doors/wall which fully retract to create an 'open air' concept overlooking the ocean.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Spectacular home on one of the finest beaches in Hawaii. The disappearing glass walls bring the ocean right into the living room. Bedroom/bathroom configuration provides privacy for everyone and the quality of construction is second to none. Totally enjoyed breakfast & dinner on the lanai listening to the surf. Our extended family of 11 enjoyed a week in this amazing home. We live in Southern California and are used to amazing homes with beautiful settings and this place surpassed our expectations. The home itself is an architectural marvel and equipped with everything you will need. The kitchen is totally gourmet and the bathrooms are just like at a spa. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and spacious areas to all be together. We enjoyed the location for its privacy yet it was right on the beach. You can even ride the bikes down a path to the local starbucks. The beach is a little rocky, but it adds to the beauty and a nice sandy beach for swimming is just a short walk down the beach. However, the beach is still very swimmable. Please take my word for it and come enjoy the Island of Oahu, North Shore StyleRecommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed here for two weeks in January with my family. what an amazing vacation! the house is absolutely stunning, It feels like you are in your own private oasis. The beach is beautiful, quiet and you couldn't be any closer to it. The house is straight out of Architectural digest. You will not find a more luxurious place to stay. The moment you walk through the door you will instantly feel relaxed and at home and trust me, you will never want to leave. Regardless of your reason for visiting, whether it's for surf, relaxation on the beach, or seeing the sights, you will not be disappointed with this home. It has the best of all worlds. I will definitely be back for more!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
