The house features 5 bedrooms, with an adult bedroom on each level. There are TVs in 4 bedrooms and in general living areas. Toulouse Mongoose has a large well-organized kitchen, a separate dining room, a dedicated laundry room, and a video/book cave for the kids.
Ocean and beach views are prominent from the front porch and the master bedroom terrace. The large private heated pool contains a waterfall.

We love the ocean and relaxed atmosphere in the Grayton Beach area and decided to buy our rental property in 2003. This is our only rental so we like to take care of making sure it's in top shape for our guests.
We have found Grayton Beach to be the perfect vacation get away where you can fully relax and enjoy all that available in the local area. Our children love playing on the beach and taking part in all the local activities. They also love swimming in the heated pool.

Wow! What a place! This beach house stay was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young children (2 year old and 3.5 year old) there for a long spring weekend. The house was very accommodating for our family. With the large open living space on the main floor, big kitchen and bedrooms adjoining, we felt very comfortable in the home with our children. The pool's security fence eased our concerns while spending time outside. We enjoyed beautiful days and evenings at the beach and early mornings in the heated pool. Watching the sunset over the dunes from the front porch was an added bonus. The location is great to many area attractions and the access to the beach is easy. We highly recommend staying in this home.
