This clean, comfortable ground floor/corner unit has plenty of windows with a lot of natural light; no climbing up and down stairs. It’s located on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Eaton Village with no thru traffic. It offers a feeling of a peaceful and calming space, to retreat to at days end after exploring all that Cape Cod has to offer. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sliding glass doors that open to a patio that abuts Ocean Edge’s private award winning Jack Nicklaus golf course. The condo has been freshly painted, with a brand new sofa and loveseat, new bedding, and new window treatments. It comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 people; there is a queen bed in the Master bedroom, 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom and also offers a portable guest bed.
The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your rental week and included in the rental price.
Linen and towel rental service is available locally or bring your own.
Golfers can tee off at nearby Captains Golf course, known as Cape Cod’s premier public golf course.
The town of Brewster is centrally located on Cape Cod, and has numerous activities for you and your family to enjoy. Brewster is world renowned for its impeccable beaches, restaurants, many galleries, antique shops, and Nickerson State Park which are all easily accessible from the condo. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and 7 bayside beaches (required beach stickers for parking can be purchased at the Brewster Visitor Center in the Brewster Town Hall).
You can also enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail that passes right through the resort, and runs for 28 miles. It’s a safe place to enjoy a run, a bike ride or leisurely walk.
