There's plenty of room to stretch out no matter how large your group is. The loft is perfect for the kid's sleeping bags. The majority of the house is downstairs and extremely comfortable. The owner custom built the home and lived in it for 10 years. It is extremely well-kept and clean with all of the conveniences of home. Be warned, you will NOT want to leave at the end of your stay! Everything was very nice and clean. The owner and reservation contacts were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to play around Lake City.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were amazed at the amount of room available to accomodate all our family. The home was extremely easy to find and close to the activities in which we were interested. Our grandchildren had plenty of area to safely play. The owner was very accomodating and friendly and her son was a delight to work with in helping us book the reservation. We had a wonderful time fishing, 4 wheeling and checking out the local museum and businesses, as well as a trip over to Silverton.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

If you are looking for a great place to vacation in Colorado you would have a hard time finding a better one. The town is great, we rode our ATV's on the alpine loop and had a great time. Nancy is a great person and can give you whatever information on the area you need to have a great time. The house is wonderful with great views of the mountains and plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was very clean and well equipped for all your needs. If you are headed to Colorado for vacation spend it with Nancy!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very quiet location and Deer come to visit every evening. Plenty of parking and close to everything. We did not have any issues what so ever and plan on staying here again next time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

All of my family enjoyed the accomodations. The grandparents down to the grandkids. The home was very comfortable and the view was excellent. We enjoyed the visit with the owner when she came by to see if we needed anything extra that was not provided. Will stay again next year when everyone in the family can settle on a week we can all go. The deer came to visit several times during the week. We saw moose, elk, beavers and other wild life on the mountains during our stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had an excellent stay at this property in Lake City - Nancy was such a gracious host and made us feel so welcome. We only wish we could have stayed longer. There was ample room for our group of 13 and we had a pleasant evening BBQing on the patio. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip!
