Renovated two bed room condo, two balconies. Modern kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Central heating/ AC. Cork floor.
Two bedrooms with two twin beds and a bathroom each. 2 sofa beds in living room. The 2 bathrooms have a shower with small tub; access to showers therefore not level.
Located on the 1st floor; two flights of stairs. Elevator in the other wing of the building. Parking on the ground floor of the building accommodates two midsize cars.
Outdoor shower, community pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

We had an excellent weekend at this condo...It was very clean and modern, and the owners were very nice. It is an ideal location--just a short walk up the boardwalk to Rehoboth Avenue, and you can see the beach from the balcony.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
