This unit is on the 9th floor of Luau 1. It is located on the beachside of the exclusive Sandestin Beach Resort. It has breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. It has convenient access to the beach which is only a short walk away.
The unit is 2BR/2BA with 2 king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen and a kitchenette, dining area, and living area. There are TVs in both living areas and bedrooms. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provide access to a balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf and the Bay. The balcony faces southwest so you can enjoy watching the sun rise while have your first cup of coffee.
Are you coming down for a family reunion or large gathering? We have another two bedroom unit located on the same floor at the opposite end of the hall. This is perfect for multiple families that come down together that want to be close to one another.
There are 72 holes of golf, as well as a full service teaching facility, 14 tennis courts, a full service spa and fitness center, a 98 slip marina with available Jet Ski and kayak rentals, and kid friendly activities. There is certainly something for everyone! As if that wasn't enough, we unashamedly boast the world's most beautiful beaches.
Luau is the most popular destination at Sandestin Beach Resort. There are so many amenities at your fingertips. The amenity deck has a heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool, a hot tub, and an onsite bar and grill (during season). There is also an onsite fitness facility, small meeting room with flat screen television, and gas grills located outside. Don’t feel like cooking? Just a short walk across the street is the Finz Restaurant and Seagar's (located in the Hilton).

To rent, please add onetime $110.00 cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax. we also require a $65 processing fee which provides $1500.00 of accidental damage insurance. We accept personal checks and money orders--We also accept Master Card, Discover, and Visa with a 3% service charge. A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
