This is a newly renovated 1500 SF unit with an open floor plan. Well appointed modern furnishings with ceramic and porcelain flooring throughout. This is ideal for allergy sufferers. The three bedrooms contain 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin beds, respectively. There are two full bathrooms, and a jacuzzi in the master bath. A fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors open to a screened patio facing a vast conservation area where wild life abounds.
Sun Lake amenities include a clubhouse with gym and pool table, a lighted tennis court and a heated free form pool.
We are two miles from Disney and 15 minutes from Sea World, Premium Outlet Malls and 30 minutes from Universal Studios.

The condo is very, clean, comfortable & well maintained. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, however, could not figure out how to use..??...and the wi-fi did not work during our stay. Also, would suggest adding an iron to the amenities. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to others. Its location is very convenient and close to the parks.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sun Lake Resort. The owner was very nice to come let us in at 4:30am when we arrived. The condo had a private view from balcony. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay! There was a Publix grocery store just a few blocks away and lots of resturants close by even though we chose to cook our meals at the condo. Great location to shopping and parks. We will consider this condo on our next trip to Kissimmee.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
