This newly rebuilt STUDIO is not like others. A refreshing breeze constantly flows through the open designed living/dining area.
Where are we?: Our home is Garza de Nosara located in the folkloristic province of Guanacaste.
If you drive it is approximately:
5 hrs from the capital of SAN JOSE and 2 hrs from the international airport of Liberia
1/2 hr or 9 km to the international SURF SPOT of the playa Guiones
1/4 hr or 6 km to the world famous BLUE SPIRIT spiritual ressort and Nosara YOGA INSTITUT.
1/4 hr or 3 km to the next horse riding stables
3 min / 2 km to the village of Garza with white sand beaches and world class Sport fishing
Nestled among monkeys and parrots above the quaint fisher village of Garza de Nosara, the 3 acres
property is on the road to Vista Royal. It is a perfect retreat for a couple, couples or a large family seeking seclusion, privacy and relaxation.
What to do : While home, sit under the comfortable shade of the large outdoor living porch and enjoy the panoramic view over the bahia Garza and the lush green forested valleys.
Do yoga, read, nap, watch birds or monkeys or soak in our jungle whirlpool.
In the evening grill and dine al fresco, linger in one of our rocking chairs and during a pleasant conversation
watch the stars shining on the sky.
When you feel like getting out, just drive to one of the many Nosara restaurants that are 2 to 10 miles away in Garza,
Esperanza and Guiones.
For your body/mind wellness: This area has been featured by the National Geographic Society as one of the few BLUE ZONES existing on the
planet. This means, that this region has the most people per capita reach that live past 100 years. This mostly due to healthy environmental and lifestyle conditions that exist here.
For this reason so many world famous Yoga and healing centers have come to open up their resorts here.
Our home is only a few minutes away. And if you care for organic food - the Saturday farmer's
market of Nosara is a good choice.

A group of us just spent 1 week at this house and it was perfect, isolated enough from the crowds, but close enough to go surfing to "the point" everyday. The house is spacious, breezy and practical. We spent for weeks in this amazingly beautiful house with our five months old baby. Everything is designed with skill, love and style, it looks even better than on the photos. Although it was the hottest time of the year, it was very comfortable to stay in the house, because there is always a light breeze blowing through. Aura and Stefan proved to be great hosts. They were very friendly, reliable and provided us with a lot of valuable recommendations. So we found the most beautiful beaches that were only a short drive from the house.
