Note: This two story house is on the south side of the street. The main house floor is located at street level and the additional guest quarters is on the floor below, nestled into the hill with it's own private side entrance. The guest quarters below has an open floor plan: consisting of a kitchen, livingroom, diningroom, 1 bathroom, 1 full size bed (in a semi enclosed bedroom area), and 2 twin beds in separate area. It is available for rental, by whomever is renting the main floor of this house, for an extra $75 per day/$385 week. This is perfect if you have more than 6 in your group or maybe you want your teenage kids to sleep downstairs while you and your significant other spend some quality private time together!
P.S.: extremely well behaved and completely potty-trained small or older, very calm pets that do not scratch doors or chew things while you are gone are Ok with higher deposit. |
