This area is very family oriented with limited commercialism !
Convenient to Seaside, Santa Rosa and Rosemary beach areas where you find frequently planned events such as concerts, children's events and craft shows. Take advantage of the 18 mile bike trails for riding or jogging.

WHAT MAKES OUR RENTAL DIFFERENT?
One thing our condo offers over any other 'rental' is we are still very family oriented in that we run our condo with the mind set - 'Use whats here, but if you use most of it-replace it for our next guest' theory - in other words there is plastic wrap, aluminum foil, trash bags, spices and condiments , etc -the things you may only use a little of and we offer the use of it to our guests so that they don't have buy every bit of it when they come - there is not another rental out there that works like this one! More than likely there will be coffee filters and sugar when you get there! I cant promise you whats there - but thats what we try to keep going!
Weekly and monthly rental include rental, taxes and maid service fee
(nightly rentals require additional $ 75 cleaning fee) 3 DAY MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED $200 Refundable damage deposit ( refunded within 10 days once condo is cleaned and maid verifies no missing items or damage)

We had a wonderful vacation at your condo. It was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities of home. The location is right on the beach in a very well kept complex. Looking out the glass front of the home you have beautiful unobstructed ocean views. Great restaurants are within walking distance. We found the entire experience to be incredibly relaxing. Thank you again Missy, we loved it.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

The property was exactly as described. There were many amenities with a few minor issues...shower problem, toilet problem, but still functional. The owners were gracious and responded to our inquiry and needs quickly. This is a great location in Destin!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

The place is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Missy was very helpful whenever we needed anything. It is right on the beach which was perfect for us. My family and I have stayed at this condo each year for over 6 years. It is FABULOUS!! It is on the ground floor right next to the pool-- couldn't be better to hand drinks, towels, etc to family members without the hassle of getting on an elevator. The DECOR is adorable, comfortable and uses the space well. It is in a ideal location in the little town of Seagrove- within walking distance of some many places, but still doesn't feel crowded. YOU WILL LOVE this unit!! Tips- **spend the last hour of the sunbathing day at the pool while Mom goes into condo to get ready for evening. NO whiney kids under foot--- they are entertained at pool and right there when you need them to come in. **bring your own chairs and save $$. The walk to the beach is EASY and you can just hand the chairs to the person right on the balcony--they don't even have to come inside and bring in messy sand. ***plan on shopping for groceries at the Publix- five minutes away- if that! and save $$ on breakfast and lunch. Everything you need is in the kitchen- well stocked!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I have actually visited One Seagrove Place twice..once in June and Sept of 2011. We stayed in this same unit on both visits. It was AWESOME!! The unit has been remodeled and is beautiful. The owners have done a wonderful job of making it feel like home. The unit is also located on the first floor by the pool, which was great for our family. We will be returning to One Seagrove this June for our summer vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our family's first time visiting sea grove beach one sea grove place unit #108 was AWSOME very well kept up and super clean we will be going back in 2012.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Wonderful restful stay! Great easy entry on ground floor. BEAUTIFUL beach and family oriented location. Just a bike ride over to Seaside. Loved the black furniture and layout of condo. The kitchen is new and modern.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Scott and Missy live in Atlanta , Ga. They have two children. They purchased this property from a relative in 2009 and have remodeled it. This property has been in their family since 1997.

This area is a great place for families without the commercialism of Panama City Beach or Destin. A great escape from the craziness of those areas with the convenience of a short drive to shop, golf or dine there!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This condo is unique to renters because it was once only rented to family members and still has that family feel. There is a deck box with toys for your children. There is a completely stocked kitchen far above most rentals. There is usually condiments and spices left for guests use. Most of the time you will find welcoming toothpaste samples (Missy is a dental hygienist) and shower gel for visitors!
