It takes 15 minute horse back ride to the beach, 5 minutes drive to Jose Ignacio and 30 minutes to Punta del Este. Large windows, high ceilings, nice design-pool with a beautiful view over beautiful Laguna Garzon. Very enjoyable deck and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxed time outside including a 12 seat lapacho wood table.Main house with 3 rooms and an independent guest for 5 people for more privacy. Master bedroom with 42 lcd and a 46 led HD in the living room.Nice sounding system inside and outside with JBL speaker. Fully equipped kitchen and an outside classic uruguayan Barbecue. Take a ride in the docile horses to the beach daytime or at night and feel that experience.Big fire place inside, fill it up and enjoy the atmosphere that brings.Central heating. Includes cleaning service and if desired, baby sitter and cook if desired. Kids friendly outdoor playground with Kid´s house and plenty of .space.

This house is really amazing! All the photos shows exactly what you are find there. The accommodations are comfortable and very clean. The people who work there are truly friendly. About the owner: Former ATP tennis pro with a hi 27 in the world.Now run tennis events in Spain and Uruguay. Like to spend time with my kids and also to have friends coming over for dinner an lunch in the week ends.I still like to play tennis and to stay in shape. Like golf and fishing. Also like dogs and horse ridding.
Why the Owner Chose Punta del Este:
After travelling for 20 years(40 weeks per year) I thought I need it a brake and spend more time in my country. I found this place after looking for several months. It really is unique and very enjoyable for the hole family. I like the beach and at the same time the land scape and this has both. Very close from restaurants, Jose Ignacio town and Punta del Este . So the action is around the corner when you wanted. If not, just listening to the 'sound of silence'.

Like I said very convenient when it comes to stay home, go to the beach or going out. people come from far away to enjoy the restaurants we have near by. Bike ride along with my dog is one of my favorites. Also to eat at La Huella restaurant or the charismatic 'Marismo'
