  My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo has everything you would need, especially beach gear. We would definitely come back!

  I have to tell you that our entire story would take up way more room than this review will allow. With that in mind please know that I can't share all the positive details of our experience, but there's still more I could say. 1) We had some difficulty with the VRBO site actually booking our dates (not our rentee's fault...at all). She bent over backwards to make sure that VRBO's issue was fixed and our stay was more than great. She even gave us a free night because of all the issues that arose during the booking process. We've had great luck with VRBO in the past, but from now on I will recommend you sending a quick followup email to the rentee once you book the property. 2) The cleanliness of the villas that this individual owns are more than exceptional. You notice that immediately when you walk through the door. 3) The villa is very well stocked with almost everything you'd need. 4) The beach is not a great swimming beach because it's more in the sound; however, it's a great walking beach. We did a lot of that, and when we wanted to swim we went to one of the many great public beach accesses. 5) I can't express how great the customer service of this rentee is. You can rest assure that she will take care of you and treat you right. Bottom Line: I'd stay there again without hesitation.

  Thank you for sharing your villa with our family. This was a weekend we needed as a family, we truly enjoyed it very much. We had everything we needed in the villa. We are already making plans for a future return. Vanessa was wonderful.

  For starters, Vanessa is the best vacation villa owner we have ever worked with. Her attention to detail and concern for doing everything she could do to make our vacation enjoyable was exceptional. The villa itself reflects this. The kitchen, for example, is incredibly well equipped with utensils and nice appliances. All the beach equipment and bikes are a really nice touch. One of our favorite activities at HHI is bike riding; this time we didn't have to haul our own. The villa is not in one of HHI's new developments but is very clean and well kept. We can highly recommend this villa to you.

  My wife and I (No kids with us) had a wonderful time at the villa and Vanessa was a perfect host. The villa has everything you could want or need for biking, beach/pool going or just hanging out. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well organized. The pools are clean and close as is the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close as is shopping. We fell in love with The Backyard Lowcountry restaurant, was our favorite by far, if you go try the Bischick, it's incredible. I highly recommend this villa or Vanessa's other place on Hilton Head, but definitely talk to her as she made us feel like friends not just renters. The perfect place can really make your vacation memorable, so please choose wisely, like we did. My wife and I our already planning our return trip. Talk to you real soon Vanessa and thank you again.   The condo was everything and more. I had every amenity needed and then some. The condo owners supplied me with a pack n play for my child. There were toys and beach and pool items as well. I highly recommend this condo!!!! Thank you for my wonderful relaxing vacation.

  We had a wonderful vacation. The pools weren't crowded(we were the only ones there many times). Thank you so much Vanessa for providing a place that we can depend on. The place was well stocked with extras that just really topped the cake with icing! Vanessa, was there along the whole process of the stay. From the first question, to wishing us a safe trip home. We have already reccommended this place to other friends and we will return again in the future.

  We (two adults and two children) just stayed for eight days in this very clean and well kept condo. Vanessa is an amazing person to rent from. She thought of everything we would need and provided everything for us for the week--we just showed up with clothes and a few groceries. She also made great recommendations on what to do while we were there and let us know that she was local on the island and only a phone call away if we needed anything. But we didn't--I was amazed by all the personal and well thought out touches she provided. This was a great and very affordable family vacation for a family of four. The condo is small but there is plenty of shelving and a place to put everything. We enjoyed exploring the wildlife on the sound, which is a beautiful (and secluded) walk when the tide is out. We saw dolphins, great blue herons, egrets, pelicans, shrimp, fish, all kinds of crabs, sand dollars, starfish, and conch. Our favorite beach was Driessen Park, which is only minutes away by car.
