Self-catering holiday apartment of 3 bedrooms in Montagu Villas with swimming pool, 24 hour security in a quiet and peaceful area,2 minutes walk to the white sand beach found in Flic en Flac, the west coast of Mauritius
AnjuVilla Montagu Complex is one of the 14 villas in the Montagu Complex situated in the centre of Flic en Flac. Ideally situated, 2 minutes or 190 metres walk to the white sand beach and the main centre of Flic en Flac. (Please see the Location plan). Restaurants, tourist facilities such as car, motor bike rental, discos, and supermarkets are along the coastal Road. If ever you wish to go for a bus trip the bus stop is on the main road opposite Manisa hotel.
AnjuVilla has two levels, ground+2. Nicely design, American Style. Well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, toilet and backside a private space for barbecue. 1st level-Master bedroom with A/C having a king size bed, Attached toilet and bathroom small terrace. 2nd level-two spacious rooms only one with A/C, the other with speed fan, both having queen size beds, common toilet and bathroom.
Max accommodation 6 adults and 2 kids.
Total surface is 110m2. End of construction 2008. Common parking and also common swimming pool for adults and children. Baby high chair, baby bed, barbeque grill free on demand. Free cleaning once a week.
No concierge available; our security guards will provide any help you may need during your stay.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.
Overall cleaning will be done free once per week. The washing machine is provided free to wash your towels, bed sheets and any other items. Wi-fi free.
Montagu Villas is approved by the Ministry of Tourism in Mauritius meaning that all requirements have been complied. Example: safe, in house alarm system, regular insect treatment, regular swimming pool water test etc.
Our security team assures the security of the Montagu complex on a 24 hour basis. A police camera is found just in front of the main gate. Flood lights have been placed in and around the complex. High wall and high fencing around makes the complex even safer.
As I work in Flic en Flac, and, therefore is in Flic en Flac on all week days, I try my best to give all my customers this little extra compared to the other owners who also rent their apartments.
The price that I will be giving you will also be the best, considering the level and the quality of the apartment offered.
Payment
25 % Deposit in our bank then the rest in Mauritius Rupees. when checking in .A’ booking contract’ (in French) will be sent to you by mail after deposit have been received.
Cancellation Policy
As our business is small and vulnerable, cancellations affect us greatly. Should you cancel your booking the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
I have tried to give you the max of information on our apartment through these photos. If you need some more individual photos, or any other information, please do not hesitate to contact me, I will then send by mail. Anju.
Airport Pick Up
We will happily arrange for your pick up if you wish so. The trip is between 45 minutes and 1 hr. Normally from 1 to 4 persons the transfer is done by car. (If ever there is no bulky hand bags or suitcases). Above a mini-van (max 10) or a van will be used.
Transfer airport by car Rs 1,200.00 one way.
