Emerald Beach Resort is within 1.5 miles to the Pier Park Shopping Mall (20-minute walk to the west). Over 1 million square feet of shopping and entertainment include The Grand Theater 16-Plex, Target, Dillard’s, JCPenney, Borders Bookstore, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, etc. If you do not want to keep a rental car all the time, there is a food-mart neighboring to the lobby. Hourly scooter rental is available within walking distance to the west.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- Three Nights Minimum Stay(Saturday to Saturday during June, July & August).
- Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
- $200 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit (~10 days) and return of all keys.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit, unless approved.
- This is a 'Non-Smoking' and 'No Pets' Unit.
- No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by Adults. Age verification is required.
- Payments accepted are Visa, Master Card, Discover, money order, cashier check or personal check (7 days to clear).
- 25% Deposit required to book rental. Balance due three weeks prior to arrival.
- $80 Cleaning Fee.

This condo is perfect for the small family just like us, my 2 little kids loved the beach and swiming pool, and the view was nice. condo was nice and clean just as pictures shows. we enjoyed stay and would like go back next year.Recommended for: Families with young children.

I've stayed in many condos on various beaches. I didn't like parking in the parking garage, then finding a cart to take luggage and groceries to the unit across the breezeway. Very complicated. The unit was nice, very clean and had a terrific view of the ocean.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Free Luggage service and valet parking are provided, just park your car in the front door and someone will help you unload your luggage and park your car. There is no need to take the cart across the breezeway.

My husband, teenage daughter (with two friends) and I stayed at this condo for a few nights in June-12. It is very nicely decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We've stayed at Emeral Beach Resort many times and it never gets old. The resort itself has everything you need, including Starbucks! And, this condo is very comfortable. It's on the east side of the building which means the elevators are not quite as busy and we rarely had to wait. I definitely recommend renting this condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and well maintained. The fully equipped kitchen was great so we didn't have to eat out every day, it was nicely furnished and the washer/dryer was great to have at the end of the week so no laundry to do when we got home. The view from the balcony was AMAZING. Every day we saw something different whether it was stingrays, manatees, dolphins etc. All sorts of sea creatures to watch and amazing sunsets. The condo is located close to pier park and gulf world with parasailing/jetskiing on location. However, if you are looking to jet ski I would highly recommend AAA jet ski. Yes you have to drive to get there but he does a shell island dolphin tour and you get guaranteed free time after he shows you the fun places to see dolphins. We got to jump in and swim, the dolphins did jumps and swam close enough so we could touch them. The guys on the beach wanted 110 dollars for an hour within a 200 yard range. The pool, hot tub and tiki bar on the beach were wonderful places to relax without needing rental chairs. The condo price was very reasonable and easy to get into using the code that was sent to me via email. No check ins required with the concierge, just arrive change and hit the beach! Would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
