Brand New Home: This home is beautiful, fresh, and new. The open floor plan is able to accommodate family and friends comfortably. The wide open kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for family entertainment . To top it off, every room enjoys a view of the water as you listen to the waves come in from the shore.
Master Bedroom is located upstairs featuring king size with deck for sitting shared by a guest room. The second master bedroom is downstairs with a queen size bed. There's a great bunk room upstairs for the kiddos or adults young at heart. All bedrooms have TV for when your ready to relax and unwind until the next day!
You'll enjoy the deck space.. where you can choose to catch some rays sunbathing or enjoy a meal outdoors under a covered deck.
Basic Linens are included: All bedding will have sheets with the beds made and towels and washcloths for showers. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Your home far exceeded our expectations. The home was amazing! Clean, and very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. We sat each morning on the deck in the rocking chairs, drinking a cup of coffee, watching the waves, feeling the breeze, smelling the air and watching people run and fish. The kids played in the sand all day, and at night we went into town to eat. Our family is from Minnesota and enjoyed the beach the entire time. We even went fishing right in front of the house. This was our first VRBO rental and you made it so easy. We will be back for sure. See you next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently stayed here for a family celebration. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The views are beautiful! It feels like having your own private part of the beach. The home decor is beach themed, but done in such a classy style. Waking up and walking onto the balcony on either floor each morning was so relaxing. This home is the perfect way to relax and have fun on the beach. Our whole group has nothing but glowing reviews to give. So glad we chose to stay here. I rented this home to have a very special Surprise party for my mom...it went off without a hitch and I couldn't have picked a better home to have it at! My family came down as well and just fell in love with the house, the view, and the peaceful location!! The beautiful home is very clean and maintained. The beach is right outside your door as described and the sound of the surf is intoxicating. Our contact person was very helpful and kind. We have stayed at various vacation rentals in our travels and our whole party agreed this was the most relaxing and enjoyable. For the past 10 years, we have taken our 2 children on a mini-vacation in October to a beach house in Galveston. This will be our 4th house, all were rented through VRBO. This house was the best so far. Excellent location, close enough to visit the Seawall, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The house is incredible. Rooms are large, very clean and well maintained. Views are spectacular. The owner was extremely appoachable and accomodating. We can't wait for next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

The stay at this beachhouse was very pleasant. The property is more beautiful than the picture portrays. The house was very clean! We had our daughter's birthday here and I doubt she will ever forget the memories! This is a beautiful house that our entire family enjoyed. We had three kids from 7 to 11 years old with grandparents and friends. The kids enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and playing in the water. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the waves during the day and the stars at night. It was a great get away.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family and I come to Galveston every summer we've been doing it for years and this by far has been the best house we've rented. We didn't want to leave. We really couldn't believe that we found this perfect a house so late in the year for the summer season!!!, although we have rented through VRBO twice before (Jackson Hole, Crested Butte) with satisfactory results. The property was every bit as advertised. The owners didn't miss a beat. It was well stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, plates, glasses, etc.. The place was clean clean and very comfortable. It is a perfect design with the two porches, the porch furniture (7 teakwood rockers sold me!), the large table for games, and the large area with recliner seating for watching movies rounded it out. We really enjoyed the views from the deck and just rocking and watching the endless stream of gulls. We enjoyed the open spaces on each side which allowed the wind to keep us cool on the deck. Unfortunately, the surf was very angry and the wind never let up for the whole week so we didn't do much fishing. Yes, we would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a place to relax with friends and family.lRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
